This is a fun downtown bar and grill with a western and Dakota vibe. I love going here for lunch when I'm downtown Fargo. The service was as usual very personable and prompt, friendly too. I had a taco wrap and it more than exceeded my expectations with very fresh ingredients and a soft yummy tortilla. I would have liked better salsa though. Overall, I really like this place and sitting at outside patio tables nice views of the Fargo Depot and Broadway. However one patio umbrella did blow off a table they may want sturdier table umbrellas for Fargo winds.
Great service. Very attentive and welcoming. It's a nice restaurant and rooftop is nice and cozy. The food was okay and a bit salty so I couldn't even eat 3rd of it . I didn't complain and still had a pleasant visit. I would go again for an appetizer etc.
We are at Cowboy Jack's right now. 1:30 pm Saturday. Got our drinks (which are awesome). Waitress said that they aren't taking anymore food orders. People who came in after us were able to get food. Well..... The drinks were good. Don't recommend. Going to a place to eat and getting told that they are not serving food. Not pleased.
The menu was pleasantly diverse. We had a hard time choosing what to eat which rarely happens.I love their patio!
We have a few of these in the cities, and this was a bit of a different experience than I have had at them in the past. We came at night, for the more "wild" side of Cowboy Jack's, and were not disappointed. There was plenty to do and see, people to meet, and stories to be gathered.Service was a bit... Difficult, but I owe that primarily to the ratio of thirsty customers to bartenders more than anything else.
The food was great, hot and fresh. The bartender was very friendly and made drinks quickly! But the waitresses were all quite rude.
This place has always been very fun with a great atmosphere. Tonight a girl Emma D. I believe made it a point to help our table all the way in the corner which is hard to see. She was just as amazing as this place is.
I just want to say I was in your establishment the other day and was served by the young woman with brightly colored hair and glasses and she was the most delightful knowledgeable server I’ve had in a long time. She made my whole day better and should definitely be doing the training for all your staff and be promoted to a supervisor or management position, not everyone can have her natural talent with customer service and serving and I will definitely be coming back as long as she is working. I hope you all realize what a treasure you have working there.
The service was horrible. Our server would just slowly walk around with his head down or hang out up by the bar. The food was below average, my wife ordered the pulled pork sandwich and they couldn’t even be bothered to shred the pork so they gave her a block of pork on a bun. This has honestly been the first time that I’ve ever considered not leaving a tip.
My bfs company party was upstairs and this place is amazing!!! It was super cool that the rooftop access has a fire to sit by and have a quick smoke while it’s cold out. It also has a great view of Broadway! Was also super impressed by the bathroom and got a quick pic of it. Hahaha
