5/29/22 at 6.30pm I was witnessed a white female staff was very rude and attitude to an African American family, she wanted him to clean the floor after he accidentally dropped his smoothie. I had never experience any business, restaurant or icer cream store asked the customer to clean the floor by themselves. When the African American man argument with her, he said he didn't have to clean the floor just like other customers leave all the mess on the table. A white tall man staff was screaming at the black customer GET OUT OF HERE, GET OUT OF HERE very loud and aggressive. They were very rude and racist to the African family. I will never ever bring my kids come back to support this place ever again. Unacceptable white rude and racist staffs. I feel sorry for the African American family.

So amazing! The sweet, creamy smell knocks you in the face the moment you walk in. There are so many awesome choices. It was so delicious all the way down to the last bite!
Delicious ice cream, portions are large for this type of establishment. Strawberry Blonde with chocolate shavings in a waffle bowl is fantastic.
Very busy when we went, but line went quickly and staff was friendly. Good ice cream, lots of options.
So much variety! The 2 staff members worked their tails off with a line practically out the door. With the amount of people in line - it really moved smoothly.
Delicious. Made me a peanut butter cup cheesecake ice cream in seconds. So rich. Must be high quality, because I'm lactose I tolerant and didn't get sick.
Inside very dirty, out side Tables filthy needs to be pressure washed.

Is there ever a time Coldstone doesn’t sound amazing and go down good? I don’t think so either.Ice cream is a great blessing- it’s good for when you’re happy, celebrating, out with friends or family, when you need a sweet treat, want something to refresh you, or even when you’re sad or need something to cheer you up. And Coldstone makes it all the better by how well they mix up their ice cream and give it life. Even their milkshakes are pretty darn good.The only thing I have to say for this location is that it is ALWAYS insanely busy. Like, I love ice cream but I hate coming to this Coldstone because I know there will be a line no matter the time of day. And now that it’s the only one in Fargo (rip 32nd Ave location) I think that’s only worsened. But hey, like I said, ice cream is a dessert for every mood, therefore people come in flocks….
