Where is the manager? This restaurant is dirty. The tables are not wiped down, the floor is not swept, the bins that hold the plastic utensils are coated with spilled juice, and the work station where the food is served has residues of cheese, sauce, and lettuce strewn around. Chipotle's food is good, but the atmosphere in this one makes one wonder how clean even the food is.
This has to be the worst food delivery experience ever. There was about $7 worth of drinks missing. The food was cold. I asked the driver about the drinks and he shrugged and didn’t know even though they were on the receipt. When the driver pulled into my driveway he started taking pictures of my house with his phone. He told me he wanted a picture because I have a “cool front door”. So missing items, cold food, and super creepy delivery driver. When I tried to call the local store my food came from, I could not talk to a person and was told to contact Chipotle directly. After a 2+ hour wait I missed the call as I am working. When I tried the number back that the voicemail left, there wasn’t even a ringtone…just static. Not only will I NEVER order or step foot in a Chipotle again, I’m going to find every review site I can and warn people.
Food was deserving of the 4 stars because of the flavors and taste, but service was an absolute zero! The wait time was way too long and some of the workers were too busy playing around. The online worker of 1 outpaced the line of 2 workers! You need to have more workers on the line because you were fortunate to not lose a bunch of customers, if you don't lose them after the horrid service presented! I overheard a customer comment about how she gets great service during the week but this was absolutely the worst ever!
One of the most disgusting places I have ever ordered food from. The place had dirty tables, floors, buffet, dirty in the back, overflowing garbage cans. Nothing looks edible, all the food looks like it sat there for hours, their menu is small. The staff are a bit pushy as to what you should add to your order. Overpriced food for the lack of quality. I brought my food home to eat, and it was nothing special. Taco Bell would of been a better choice. I can't believe that place hasn't been shut down yet. I will never go back. Don't waste your time or money. Go somewhere else.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. The place was an absolute mess...afraid of getting food poisoning. Stood in line for 30 minutes. Ice machine didn't work and soda was flat and warm. They were out of napkins. You name it, it was wrong. This place should consider if they should stay in business if they can't figure out the basics.
The dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to and that includes before COVID. Not a clean table in the place. Floors were so gross the pop and napkin stand was gross. The employees were having a great time with each other but could care less if they were serving guests. They left helping us 5 times to go fool around with their coworkers. I would not recommend this dirty place to anyone! Never again will my family be back. I should have looked at the reviews first because I see we are not the only people with this experience…
Have stopped at this location multiple times throughout the year. Always a bad experience. The staff argue with each other in front of Customers, the line is dirty, food everywhere, tables not cleared. Definitely no management present. On Saturday we stopped at 445pm. They stated they were "out" of vegetables, even though they were being cooked in backed. Stated they were "Out" of corn and "out" of guacamole! As we were paying they brought out more corn. I asked for a side dish of corn and they looked like I had asked for something ridiculous. We then asked if they were actually out of guacamole or just didn't want to get more from the back. How can you be out of guacamole aon a Saturday night when this is your main side? Horrible customer service. I think they only do well being so easily.accessible to the freeway
I was surprised at how dirty this place was. We got there at 10:55am and it looked like it had not been cleaned in days. There was good on the chairs and the floor was filthy with food. The ice machine was broken and it took an act of God to get Ice. On a better note the staff were nice and very helpful.
Never actually got to try the food the wait was over an hour for take out they where so behind. The person that helped me cancel my order was nice about the long wait times but I would maybe wait till they can get more staff to fill the orders they have or find a way to be more realistic in there wait times, before ordering again.
So much better but environmentally it feels cold in there and when it comes to the people just seems like they got the leftovers of fast food they're not very warm and friendly they just you know, here's your food. Like I said not warm and friendly. But that may not mean anything to you but it's the beginning of my Meal.
