My second time at caribou. This place was much nicer than Starbucks and had an interesting menu. It was super family friendly, I’ll be bringing my sparkling tea home as a mixer!
Caribou is always great. Quality control must be excellent as the drinks are consistent across all locations.

Always go to this location. Friendly staff, coffee is always perfect. Sundays are my doggy dates and he gets so excited once we pull in Sometimes the pup cups even have little dog biscuits in them.I do wish Caribou wouldn’t shove a card swiper taped to a stick out their window to pay with a card (I only downloaded the app so the crew didn’t have to peg me through the window. So awkward.). They do this at the 25th Street location as well. Similarly, both buildings seem to have been designed by someone who’s never experienced North Dakota winter or owned a sedan.Idk the coffee and service gets 5 stars but the drivethru design gets a 2. ?♀️
The wait was long but they did a great job of keeping cars moving through quickly

my pumpkin iced crafted press with oat milk didn’t taste like pumpkin one bit, and it was oddly sour. i prefer caribou over any coffee place usually but this was really disappointing honestly… :(
Open your lobby. The newest most central location and it's drive through only? What a waste ~ also was once told to leave the drive thru to come in so the manager could yell at me and tell me they can't make an iced London fog ? then proceeded to give me a plastic cup with ice in it "to make my own." I wonder if that manager still works there.. anyways, don't go to this location.
Line is 30 cars deep and lobby is closed with no online warning. Just pay your employees a livable wage so they want to work then your lobby could be open again
