My daughter ordered herself, my granddaughter & I a Carmel highrise blended and brang back coffees with cubes of ice not blended and no whipped cream topped with drizzled Carmel.This is her and my granddaughters first time having Caribou coffees which I brag about all the time & their super disappointed as well as myself. She asked rhe gal "doesn't this have whipped cream" I guess she looked confused with the question.Never again will I get to thos locationI wish there was an option for no stars cuz the disappointment on my granddaughters face alone they don't even deserve 1
Emily is really horrible and has an attitude problem.
Regularly have to have them correct my drink, kids drinks are too hot, and I have to ask to be checked in for points every time. Even at happy hour prices the service sucks. I regret tipping

Very friendly! I asked for recommendations and they were very helpful and sweet. Taking good Covid precaution. Coffee and food was delicious! Everything you could want in a Caribou Coffee :)
