Ordered pickup online and was told my order would be ready at 9:40pm. I got there about 9:50 and was told it'd still be 10-15 minutes. Finally got my order and left just after 10:15. My order wasn't large and the place wasn't busy by any means.Got home and the wings were definitely not worth the price I paid nor the wait I had. Very disappointed tonight and definitely won't be putting in another order anytime soon.

We waited for our food for 43 minutes and it came out barely warm like it was under the heat lamps for a long time. We asked for our appetizer it didn't come out until the food came out. I would understand if the place was busy but it wasn't busy. The table across from us said their food was barely warm too.
Once seated it took 20 minutes to get a server to get our drinks. Once she took our drink order it took another 10 minutes to get drinks. We ordered right away took 45 minutes to get food. When the food came the wings were ice cold. This place is always terrible for service and food. Do not go. Biggest joke for a restaurant. After several SEVERAL bad experiences I will not be going back. Most Buffalo Wild Wings have great food and staff but make sure you skip this one.
We had a total of 3 waitresses during our visit. The first waitress was just walking around the restaurant and never brought food. The 2nd brought out some of the food with no explanation why we had a 2nd waitress. Food order was incomplete. The 3rd waitress brought out food at after we were done eating and still put the food on the bill when we told her we were already finished.
The food was reasonable and the service was good. Lots of TVs with interesting visuals of people falling and getting hurt. Awesome 80s music videos. The music was so loud I could not carry on a conversation without yelling. I did not enjoy the experience.
Honestly a really bad experience. Told it would take 25 minutes for wings, fries, and veggies. Took about an hour for them to make it. Chips were stone cold and tasteless, vegetables were really dirty and obviously old, and the wings had the wrong sauce as well as overcooked. Wife's wings had no sauce at all. For a place that looks nice, it's sad to see them serving sub par overpriced food.
I love BWW but there is some serious room for improvement on pickup orders. For starters, I have to assume that my food has been sitting/ready for a few minutes, but on the phone or online, I'm told to wait 20 minutes. Sometimes, the estimate says 30-40 minutes. Also, my order will always be sitting on a green rack behind the counter which isn't heated. You're already at a disadvantage with wings as it is, because they get cold so fast. I just think there are numerous ways to improve the quality of the food for takeout customers.
Honestly some of the worst service I've ever had super disappointed. Our server got my husband's order wrong (was fixed), I didn't receive silverware (I sat for about 10min) I eventually had to ask another server for a fork when they brought the right meal out for my husband and then she basically never came back and I waited for over 20min to get a refill and had to actually get her attention and basically call to her, my husband also never got a refill on his water either. I'm not sure whats worse getting an order wrong, not receiving anything to eat pasta with, or never getting anything more to drink when your consuming Buffalo sauce.
I was disappointed that we came in at 11pm and it took 25 minutes for 4 of us to be seated. There were a lot of empty tables and most were dirty. The happy hour prices are hard to beat. We ordered quite a bit of food and it ALL came out cold. It was obviously sitting for a long time before it was brought to our table. I understand places are having staffing issues, which is why I'm doing 4 stars instead of 3, but you have to do better than that.
