favorite place to eat less of a crowd
My family usually enjoys going to BWW, but not the North Fargo location. They have four kids cranes machines and exactly ZERO of them worked (tells me that they haven’t worked for a long time) and the color page kids menus were apparently out of stock. Food was fine but the atmosphere was quite disappointing especially for the kids - and that’s important when you’re paying for expensive chicken nuggets.
Thought I'd share our experience from yesterday, and give kuddos to the awesome staff here. Our table of guys had a few before going over to the dome to see Slipknot live, and they were just awesome. We came back after the show and they still put up with us and delivered the good eats! Definitely our favorite BWW in the area.
I do not write negative reviews, but this is 4 years too late. Without fail, the to-go order is ALWAYS incorrect in some way. So much so, that I opt not to get a to go order when my husband offers because I know it will be wrong. I have told them-every single time. This was especially irritating while I was pregnant.Tonight, the order was correct, but my husband also added a slice of chocolate cake to feed the monthly demon inside of me.How does this slice of cake arrive? Dried out and old. Tisk Tisk BWW. You have angered the red demon and what she writes online, without her chocolate medicine, is out of my control.

I just didn't care for the professionalism of the manager there. I love hot and spicy food but they have this thing that Carolina I can't remember the rest of the name but it's supposed to be all reaper Carolina reaper. So I was going to ask I asked for five that would be Buffalo sauce and one Carolina reaper just in case the heat was much too more than I could feel I can handle. Madison all I can't do that I know sense to me at all I love feeling pretty much frustrated cuz such a simple thing to do and I do these surveys all the time they should know better than to do that in the the day or era of the internet.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings but u guys are starting to make me hate life in the moment U GUYS ALWAYS GIVE THE WRONG ORDERS TO US WHEN WE ORDER ONLINE. Like it’s so annoying to go home and find out this isn’t ur name order, no matter how many times u tell them ur name they give u some else’s order.
We ordered for pick up around 4pm, food was not ready until 530, about 20 minutes after started pick up time. We didn't receive dipping sauces and only 4 or the 8 veggies we ordered. Wings were fine. Workers were friendly but seemed a bit disorganized.
I love BWW but I'll be honest, what makes it special to me are the sauces. Just went to get my Wild tenders and was disappointed to find they were plain. Receipt showed the order was correct, so it was just the cook's oversight. They were cooked to perfection, so it's a shame flavor was missing.
Met friends here for a few drinks after 9 as they have a great late night happy hour. Was seated and given their regular menu only. When asked if they still have a happy hour menu was told there was a miss print on it so they weren’t using them. I asked how we would we know what was on their menu for options and then was immediately given a snotty reply. She came back a few minutes later with a few options written on a small piece of scratch paper. Nothing we could pass around to our group. Completely unprofessional for the business as well as how our server handled it. Not impressed
