Got some good grub today for lunch. Heck of a line, but did not stop me from getting my Mozzy sticks and R-Beef Gyro!! Super nice staff too!

This is how they served my drink. This isn’t iced tea. This is supposed to be Dr. Pepper. It was terrible, and by the time I had taken my first sip after leaving the drive thru, it was not worth going back and addressing. That should have been super easy to identify and address before sending to a customer.
I waited In Line for 20 minutes. I was the 3rd vehicle in line at the drive through as the lobby and dining area aren't open. When I got to the ordering station I ordered the 2 fish sandwiches for $6. Also wanted a chocolate shake, but was told that the shake machine was broken. I said that I would go elsewhere and get something to eat.
I like Arbys. I had the fish sandwich. Very tasty. The only things they were out of salt and I couldn't get the malt as their machine was down. I'm sure deliveries are slow. Not their fault. I would still recommend them.
Arby's is Arby's but I love there shakes but lately I think there lazy and don't even turn on the machine because they don't want to clean it ? Because I go and the shake machine is broke but I go back the same day 1 hour later different shift and it's working ?You tell me other than that it is great roast beef and you can actually buy there roast beef by the pound now
Yummy food, clean and with good staff, you can expect to get messed up orders though and one drive thru guy was rude
When I drove up there was a long line but it was very quickly served and it didn't take very long for me to get my food. Good job guys!!
Best experience ever. Went to go order in restaurant and there was a sign saying lobby closed until 2 pm due to emergency. Unfortunately we couldn’t fit with our semi through the drive thru so we called the store number. William was more than accommodating understood that was an issue, took our order and even let us use the bathroom. While waiting for my wife to finish using the washroom I could hear them making jokes and keeping it lively despite being under pressure with short staff. Wonderful team! Great leadership! Amazing team work! Thanks for being so accommodating! We appreciate it! The rueben and the wings were great. Mozzarella sticks always a fav.
We had ordered one 2 different meals. Au jus meal + BLT meal. Surprise upon surprise the BLT had a thin slice of cheese added to it which really gave it much more flavor tho without cheese it already tasted great as usual. Commenting on the added cheese I found that it was added by mistake as I was ready to add the cheese to ones I make at home as it was THAT GOOD but needed to know what type cheese was used.
