Had a great meal with good service.Went in a little early as we did not have a lot of time.Got served right away.Waiter was friendly and checked back on us often.Would go back again

You will be spending a little bit. For 5 people we paid $114 before adding the tip. However, the food is spectacular! Worth every penny we paid. The service was phenomenal, we were served by Damian. Whom was very pleasant and accommodating, always smiling during our interactions. It was a perfect get together for us. (It was just a surloin nit tips. I clicked the wrong suggestion. Also, I'm sorry for not getting a picture of what everyone ordered. I'm leaving them to review their own food ^.^)

Had a great meal with my family while in town. Our server was great, I believe his name was Brian but my husband seems to think I'm wrong but regardless service was amazing and I appreciate the great food and great time! I do recommend this restaurant.

It was busy but we had amazing service I loved going here; remember to tip well because the employees there definitely deserve it! They also have a great vegan option.

We dined there with our 3 kids last night. The meal was fine, nothing remarkable but still good. Our server seemed pretty apathetic and wasn't really personable at all. However, when my 6 year old when to use the restroom she slipped in a pretty big puddle and landed right on her butt. Her pants and underwear were soaked through and she was pretty upset. Mind you this was right next to the servers station where 3-4 servers were standing around and no one really responded. I did mention it to them after helping my daughter clean up and witnessing a few other women almost wipe out because of it. They seemed unsure of what to do and there was really no response. My husband and son then went to use the men's restroom and they mentioned that the entire floor in there was completely soaked and slippery as well. I was hoping to mention it to a manager because it is a liability for them but there were none to be found. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience for us.

The seating was the worst part. I don't know who designed the restaurant, but it's completely nonfunctional. You can't sit without bumping elbows and chairs with the next table, and it's just uncomfortable. Everything else is fine, it's a standard Applebee's, but the seating arrangements make for a HORRIBLE experience. Can't enjoy the service here.

Food was decent. Came out the kitchen quick. Although, off the clock employees should not be sitting at the bar, or taking about each other's wages outloud for everyone to hear... And complaining to others why some people make more... iv been fired for that before. And very distracting when your just trying to have dinner. I still over tipped the girl cuz it was her first night, but made for a not so pleasant experience....

Nothing like going in for a great Applebee's dinner. As always, I ask for a booth, only to be told there were none available. We saw 6 open in a row on our way to our table. As we waited at our table to be welcomed by our server, we see 3 other families the same size as ours be seated in said booths, some of which already being served drinks. Meanwhile, we still have not even been asked what we wanted to drink. After 15 minutes we left. Now the part that upsets me isn't even the booths. It's the fact that we never received so much as a welcome at our table. Now I'm on my way to the 13th location.

This Place has Excellent Service and also excellent food preparation, We enjoyed our eating environment and will definitely be going back here!!!

Two thumbs up to the kitchen for providing exquisite food.However, after reading some reviews, the service here definitely is hit or miss, and one for one it's a miss. The server who waited on our party was horrible. Yes, it was late and we showed up after 10 pm on a Friday, but that's never an excuse for bad service when your job is in the service industry. We all have bad days, but that's no reason to take it out on innocent, paying customers. Nick, who is a team lead and associate of SEVEN years waited on us. I thought he would be amazing, because he's a team lead AND has seven years experience. In fact, it was quite the opposite. This service "experts" managed to upset a whole group of clients (individually) whose focus is on excellence in customer service. I highly doubt any of us will be bringing any more company functions to this establishment until management coaches the employee(s) responsible for any of these recent negative reviews.It is very clean at this establishment.
