I simply asked for no cheese on the chicken. Not too much to ask for a lactose person. Instead, I was presented with a plate of chicken and rice, DRENCHED with cheese. It seemed like a blatant disregard for what the customer wants. Now when I reached for compromise, the manager seemed like he was dispatched from another state. Because it took Soo long to come to our table. I cannot afford to have surprises on my food, especially after I already informed the proper person.
The food was made to perfection and the waitress made sure we were well taken of.
Very slow. Went there for an hour lunch and ended up having to take our food to go, extremely slow service and they weren't extremely busy. Feel like they have really gone downhill, Applebee's used to be a favorite place to go
Was surprised at how expensive this place has become. Came for happy hour but was told the times had changed compared to their advertisement and had to pay full price. Food was nothing to write home about.
Had to grab something out of my truck box so I stopped in here for a few moments. Five ⭐'s because none stared at me or treated me like anything other than a guy on the road with his wife doing something at his truck. Also very very clean
Love this place. The people working there are always so friendly and the food is great! Nice place to go and enjoy the game or just hang out with friends. They have the best club sandwich and onion rings in town!
Not very good service and the meals came out before the appetizer. The fries also tasted like they were sitting for a while and extra salty. Other Applebee's have been better.
My Steak was perfectly cooked, and all together amazing. The waiter was also very tentative and polite.
Very friendly bar tender. Food came fast and as good as always.
I got there when it opened. Everything was lukewarm/cold. I asked if I can get hotter soup. They reheated the one I already ate out of instead? Still cold when I got it. I wasn't going to stay longer after that.
