I had eggs, toast, and fruit one morning and oatmeal the next. Both mornings the service was excellent. It opened at 6:30 am. The oatmeal is a very large portion, so next time I will ask for less. Nice views out the windows even before dawn.
We had 15 people in our party. Service was very very slow, the food came out dry and cold, mistakes on a lot of the meals, my lobster was not worth 35… not even two bites and it was gone… they made lotta mistakes with our credit cards and who paid what… switched my $40 ticket with another’s $ 200+ Ticket ( was fix right away but if we didn’t catch that then I would’ve had a $240 charge from them…) and then it took 40 minutes for us to get our checks correct and paid out and it was getting to the point where people were just going to leave cash and leave because we were ready to go but they kept making mistakes and then taking an extra 20 minutes to go fix that mistake. And I’m not one to demand discounts but when you make that many mistakes on one party and can visible see us upset and even was told verbal that it was an awful experience and all we got were some “ we’re sorry” and nothing else…. They don’t seem to really care. Definitely not going back anytime soon.
Wonderful atmosphere and menu. I visited on just the fourth day open. The enthusiasm with which a new downtown restaurant was met surprised even this experienced team. I look forward to returning soon.
Really surprised at how diverse the wine list was - you almost never see a Vouvray! Had a nice cheese plate, too. Fast service, nice ambiance.
For being in a Radison Blu, this place should get a complete makeover. Everything from the silverware, serving plates, decor, menu, and even the servers uniforms seem dated. The portions of food was really good but, lacked anything original and light on flavor as well. Prices are crazy high and I dare you to find a hotel restaurant that is reasonably priced. Lol! The 2 bright lights in my visit were the servers I had. Paul and Brenda were on point, friendly, and knowledgeable. 2 gold stars people! Homerun! I could go on but, I won't.
sorry but would not recommend this place to anyone. waited 30 min to order and 1 hour to get our food. very disappointed.
We were in on Mother's day, I think our servers name was Nora or something like that, just wanted to say she is an excellent server, I love my coffee and she always made sure my cup was full.. I am sure we will be back
The $35 New York strip was literally worse than a Denny’s breakfast steak. If they actually have a chef, they should be embarrassed for “food” they put out. Stay away at all cost.
Enjoyed the wings in the bar and the service and wings were great. Also had breakfast and was very fast and tasty
Love the brunch menu! The prices are very reasonable, it’s an elegant space, and the service is fantastic! I recommend the Sweet Cream Pancakes. We will be back!
