Amazing drinks and food! Best salmon and the bacon wrapped dates were amazing. I highly recommend; everything was delicious!

Went to 701 for the first time since it opened and it lived up to what I had heard. The atmosphere and decor are really unique and give a great vibe. Once seated live music was starting next to our table and our server, Allison I believe, was super accommodating and made the effort to proactively move us to a quieter corner. That was super nice of her and just added to the overall great service that she was offering. I had a ribeye cooked to perfect medium rare. Fantastic. The brussels sprout side was AMAZING. Will be going back.

I've been eyeing this establishment over the last year. I just couldn't believe that this beautiful business used to be a laundromat for many years. We finally got the opportunity to check it out and tried the upstairs restaurant, camp lone tree. This restaurant has bar food offerings: apps, wings, hot dogs, burgers. The space is kind of small, but the roof top deck is vast and ornately decorated. The service was great! The food and drinks were delicious. We sat inside for supper since it was a bit chilly yet, imagine that in May? We did enjoy the views from the rooftop deck and played a few rounds of corn hole. We shared the chili cheese fries, wings and wild game bratwurst. I tried the strawberry, cucumber mule and was impressed. I'd return again so we can check out the prairie kitchen which is more fine dining.
Great atmosphere for gathering with small or large group. For management: please be sure to update your website if the menu changes. Walleye was on the website but not on the menu once at restaurant so very disappointing. I must say though that I ordered the beef short ribs as that was my second choice and that was absolutely outstanding with wonderful flavors in the dish.
It is a beautiful bottom floor dinning area. The food was good. Needed more flavor but not too bad (my steak). Brussels sprouts , steamed carrots, and fries were delicious. Overall a good experience and not ocer priced. Would go again and recommend trying 701 .
My wife said we should go for date night. We did. It was good. Menu was not bloated with pointless variations on one or two dishes. Everything seemed well thought out and executed. If you're thinking about going here to eat. Just do it already. It's bigger than black and white.
We made reservations and met friends here while visiting in Fargo. Reservations are right as it is a busy place and parking can bea but if a challenge (we had to park 3 blocks away).The decor is modern and chic and the servers were friendly. My wife started with a Lingonberry Sour (see picture) and really liked it - tart and tasty.We started our meal with the Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Dates - delicious and highly recommended! For our meals, my son ordered the Butcher Block Burger (see picture), my wife ordered the Prime Rib Sandwich (see picture) and I had the Nordic Salmon with Dill Sauce (see picture). All tasted very good, but delivery took a long time and they were all barely warm when delivered. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly and fast service! We had the bacon wrapped pork steak with a nice chutney. We had also a seafood pasta which was delightful. Thank u 701!
