Your bourbon Burger is pretty delicious. I know this not because I ordered a bourbon Burger, but because that's what was given to me. I remember saying twice that I wanted the big cheddar hamburger, my receipt says that I ordered the big cheddar hamburger, and that's how much I was charged. I'm pretty sure the bourbon Burger doesn't cost as much as the big cheddar...
This place is absolute trash! My family stopped here today before heading back home… we were in line for 50 mins!!!!! Absolutely insane and COULD NOT GET OUT OF THE DRIVE THROUGH! Then I asked for a discount on our $50 order when they only offered 15%. Are you kidding me! Then they messed up my hangry 4 year olds order and my 3 year olds! You just made my toddlers wait an hour and then give them the wrong food… omg! I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN!
Waited over 20 minutes in dt just to order order taker said they only had 2 people working okay I get it but still... then got to window sat there for another 15 20 waiting for our food. Didn't get everything we ordered and most the order was wrong.
The store is always closed or has some kind of computer issue. I would recommend any place to eat to other then this. Probably the worst managed Wendy's I have ever been to. I have given this a about ten tries and was only able to actually receive food twice. Please go somewhere else so their can be more peace in this world.
Not sure how they make enough money to stay open because it takes them 10-20 minutes just to take your order when YOURE at the speaker so if there’s a line expect to wait at least an hour. Then takes another 10 minutes to get your food to you. Needs new management
I can't tell you how excited I was to eat at Wendy's considering it's been a very long time since we don't have one in Williston. I was on a road trip with a friend and we look forward to going there all day. It was honestly the worst quality of food I've ever received from a Wendy's. Our french fries were definitely not hot and crispy and our chicken sandwiches seemed to be of a much lesser quality than they used to be or what we were expecting. The iced tea was delicious I will say that.
South wendys on expressway must get an updated teller machine. Pist me off today. Fix the dam machine!! Cant hear a dam thing.
Waited 25 minutes to order with only one car in front of me. Horribly under staffed. Couldn't back up to leave. Cars lined up so no way to excape. Tragic experience.
My kids & I stopped here because we really REALLY wanted Wendy's, there isn't one in our town. Unfortunately we weren't allowed to order. Just as we decided what we were each going to order the guy called us up, then said "take as long as you want to order" & took off... he came back up 3 times while we were there but did not stop to take ours, or anyone else's, order & no other employees came up to the front either. All of the employees that we saw were moving super fast but didn't seem to be getting much done. A few customers that came in behind us left because no one was stopping to let anyone order. After 5 minutes of waiting by the counter to order we turned to leave & an elderly couple behind us asked "isn't anyone being allowed to order?" We told them we didn't know & we left to go find somewhere else to eat. I am glad my kids decided they didn't want to wait. I saw that it was cluttered & unkempt behind the counter but if we hadn't had to wait so long to order i probably wouldn't have noticed how filthy it was until after we had ordered.
RIDICULOUS! Just waited in line for 25 minutes only to get up to the ordering part and NO ONE was answering. The four people in front of us started driving off before we got to the ordering thing. Once we got there we realized they decided to close? Ran out of food? System was down? WHO KNOWS!!! We yelled hello a few times at the ordering thing and a few times at the window before driving off. It looked like there was no one in the building. If you want “fast” food, DO NOT GO HERE.
