Went to Wendy's today at 10:45 a.m. walked into lobby and stood and hollered for a good there minutes as no one was around. Finally . Someone can out from the back. I asked if they were still serving breakfast... No. I asked if they were even open. Yes. Terribleterrible terrible
I would like to preface this by saying, I don't go to Wendy's often, maybe 6 times in the last 12 months. But whenever I do go to this Wendy's, it is the worst experience I've had at a Bismarck fast food restaurant.Today I went to grab lunch in between meetings and when I pulled up to the drive-thru, half of the menu was still on the Breakfast side, not the Lunch side. When I tried to explain to the lady operating the drive-thru that I couldn't really make an order because I couldn't see the menu ("Ma'am, your menu is still showing the breakfast menu, so I can't see the options."), she simply reiterated over and over that I couldn't order breakfast.After going back and forth, I asked for a #10 (hoping it was something good because I couldn't see the menu) and I ended up getting a #1 (the only part of the menu I knew and didn't want). On top of that, the sandwich looked like it had been stepped on and the french fries were completely cold. The only part of the order that was right, was the drink.This is not the only bad experience I've had at this location. Wrong orders, missing items, rude workers, miscommunications, and some items were simply assembled so poorly it might as well have been shot out of a cannon then scraped off the floor and put in the bag.I will never be coming back to this Wendy's again.
So I went to this restaurant 2 weeks ago ordered a salad and a sandwich. When I got home I realized I had a southwest salad instead of apple pecan. So I tried calling but... no answer at all. So tonight I decided to try it again I ordered the same exact thing. I paid then drove to the next window and the lady with all the neck tats handed me my salad I said I'm just gonna make sure it's the right one cuz last time it was not. She said we can hear just fine. And so I said I.m checking anyway and while I checked she told me to take my sandwich. So I did. Then I tried to ask for extra pecans and she slammed the window shut on me. And I know she herd me cuz she started to turn around but. Then slammed the window shut. So I left and tried to call and they let it ring 6 times then picked it up and hung so the last 4 out of 6 times I've had to leave the drive thru. Cuz I've waited more than 15 min at the speaker. The staff are outside smoking and no one I.in the drive thru nor in the restaurant itself. So i had to wait so long i left. This is the worst restaurant in Bismarck. Mo wonder the place is always empty. No matter what time. And this lady that was so rude should be looking for another job. She was a real B....me they new it was me trying to call.
Sat at the drive thru speaker and wasn't helped so I pulled up to the drive thru window and saw an employee that wouldn't acknowledge me so I honked my horn and still nobody wanted to assist me. Then I caught a guy taking garbage out and he said they're open. Was I supposed to attempt to go through the drive thru again? How much skill does it take to acknowledge a customer or do your job
We were the only car in the drive through at about 6:30 pm. It took about 20 minutes to get our food. (There were no customers inside - we looked - so they were not busy.) They messed up both of our orders by putting tomatoes on them when we very specifically asked for NO tomatoes. They also forgot one of the Frostys, and we had to ask for it before we left (because we were paid for it!). Burger was lukewarm. Fries were lukewarm (not fresh). Very, very poor experience. Will go elsewhere next time we need a quick meal.
Took 20 minutes to get through the drive through. Got an extra kids chicken nuggets and an extra burger. Forgot the dipping sauces. Didn't have enough kids bags so it all came in one. Still a good fish sandwich and good ingredients but their service process needs alot of work. Just saw around 5 vehicles get out of line because of wait. Manager or supervisor was inside talking to someone and didn't help with the slow process. This is why we end up taking the kids to McDonalds on the few times we go out.
I ordered from this restaurant through doordash. When my order arrived it was missing parts. Allegedly the doordasher said they gave them the wrong order twice and refused to give them drinks.i know this can go both ways but it starts with the restaurant giving the correct food out first. I've gone to this location before and went in through an open door and the manager got mad I was in there and said the door was supposed to have been locked and no customers were allowed inside the whole reason I went inside is because they missed items in my order. I work in fast food and I was a dasher before so I understand things happen but it seems to be a lack of overall care at this store and a" here just take this and leave" attitude.
Was hungry yesterday so decided to go for some Wendy’s drive thru. There was a car parked at the drive thru speaker that wouldn’t move. Ended up just parking and went inside. I wanted to order but the employees didn’t even bother attending me. They saw me standing there and just acted as if I was invisible. They didn’t even tell me to wait a couple of minutes, no hello, nothing. Then a couple comes in behind me. A few more minutes go by and the couple behind me says there just gonna leave. I wait a couple of seconds more to see if anyone would take my order but no. So I just left ?
I have not come back to this place in awhile, I like the breakfast at wendys but the last time I was there the worker said "here you go sweetheart" then he said "oh, I'm not hitting on you, I call everyone that"I don't see why you have to say that at all if we're being professional. My daughter even mentioned that was an odd thing to say. I have not come back since and now I only go to North wendys. I hope pet names aren't a common thing here when addressing customers.
Wendy's has never really been my favorite, but still has some good food. It us difficult when the people taking the orders dont speak English well.
