Unprofessionalism at it's best,Manager was rude, and actually the worst of the staff, not only awful service but missing items that can only be picked up on her time due to her not wanting a bunch of papers all over! I mean wow!The store must be desperate. I'm having to call corporate just to get the missing food and reporting the service. Pretty ridiculous.

This location usually is slow, sucks, or is randomly closed. Today I went inside and the employees were busting their butts and working hard. It wasn't during a big rush...but they actually looked like they cared about doing a good job...and that's unusual for this location. Props to these guys...they were helpful and nice too! Good job! Had to say it cus it's rare for this location.

Please don't come here. There is a much better serviced Taco Bell down Bismarck Expressway by Walmart.If you come here don't be surprised to wait more than 20 minutes for an order, missing and/or incorrect items in your bag, the indoor dining area closed earlier than listed, and staffing problems.There are much better Taco Bells in Bismarck and this is on the worse end, perhaps at the very end.

4/25/22 6:24pmi ordered 3 orders of nacho fries and a few other items. the woman at the window was aggressive about the entire transaction as well as when i received my food. most of my fries were spilled out in the bag and only received two nacho cheese sauces. i am not sure how hard it is for others to count but 3 isn’t a high number to count to. proceeded to wait at the window patiently till the cashier returned, as its a simple fix. she looked at me a good 3-4 times before the final look, she then rolled her eyes, lunged at the window and upon opening it, aggressively said, “whats up??” as if it was my fault? there was no one else in the drive thru besides me so its not as if i was holding up any line.to be specific this woman had red/orange hair and freckles. i did not appreciate the attitude, as i was not even in the wrong. i was more than kind to this woman the entire time, as i know what its like to work in customer service at a fast food restaurant. so for the treatment in return to be aggressive and full of attitude was most unpleasant.

Literally sat in line for 30 minutes and when I finally got to the speaker I'm am greeted with the sorry we are closed message so now I'm stuck in line waiting for the car in front of me to get their food because the person behind me wouldn't let me out of the line after I found out they were closed. Who closes knowing there is a line that has been waiting to order from the place. Like where do they decide the cut off is for the line

id give 0 stars if i could, order taker at drive thru RUDE could hear him having an attitude through the order box, proceeds to call my boyfriend bro, he forgot one of our drinks IT WAS ON THE RECIPE, then says “it was on the house bro bye” such bad customer service.

Worst ever service I have ever had at a Taco Bell! Food was still cold, almost frozen like, chalupa & burrito were only the tortilla shell, maybe a sprinkle of everything! The cinnamon twists were nothing but bits & pieces! Never got my beverage ,had to holler for them to open the window to ask for it. Gave the worker a $20 plus the correct cents, he dropped some change, which I had to give him again. Never been so irritated by a fast food place ever, couldn't even get a receipt!

I ordered my Regular party packs.. 1st time I make it slide.. then the 2nd time around on 12/21/2021.. me & my wife paid $21.00+ for a Half & half Taco Supreme.! Does it Look Like THERE SOUR CREAM ON MY ORDER.? 3 HARD TACOS (NO SOUR CREAM)..? KINDLY RETRAIN YOUR STAFF.. I AM NOT TELLING/FORCING OR SOME HOW ALL THINK.. I/WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS THAT PAYS THE TACO COMPANY BUSINESS (EMPLOYEES PAYCHECKS) & WE ALL ARE TAXPAYERS.!Oh yeah what More i open the SOFT TACOS & Did A FAST KIND JOB..!

Ordered from the drive through on 12/29/2021 at about 9:20 PM. Waited for about 15 minutes for my order to be taken and then another 10 or so until I got my food. The man at the window apologized for the wait and offered to include some Cinnabon bites for being patient. After getting my food I also noticed that there was an extra taco, which I thought was odd but played it off as a usual fast food mistake. Fast forward to around 9 hours later and I had the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if the food was left out too long or if I got a bad batch, but it tasted fine when I originally ate it so I thought nothing of it. A day later and I’m still experiencing a horrible case of food poisoning from the food. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location previously so I’m not sure if I just got unlucky, but I recommend saving your money and going somewhere else or you might end up with more than just sub-par food.
