Ordered the sweet teriyaki steak footlong sandwich via app. When picked up, the sandwich bread was dry, pushed down almost flat, and no extra steak or extra cheese added that I ordered, and the sandwich width was smaller than my wrist. Paid close to $15.00 with nothing to really show for it. Poorly made with missing order additions. To bad I was out of town to return it for a new order.
Ordered a bowl, did not have cheese on it, even though I ordered.

I had an online order, I went and picked it up, went home and opened it up to find 2 out of 3 meats were missing and I did not want it toasted and the bread was hard and crunchy and flaking off, I thought it was toasted. I went back there and asked if I can just get what I ordered, the lady snatched the bag out of my hand and started slamming stuff around to remake it. Shouldn't I be the person that was mad in this situation? I got another sandwich and it turns out it was not toasted, the bread was just stale and rock hard. I won't be back. Sorry to inconvenience you and wanted what I ordered.
How do u forgot the cheese in a steak and cheese sub on both sandwiches smh
I've gone here about 6 times in the past month or two and every time I go, the pacing is really slow. Its there's always a long line and a 30+ minute wait. This normally wouldn't be as big of an issue for me but they also seem to never have enough stocked food ready for the subs. I rarely have these issues at other subway locations

After I went to the East store at 10:10 am and they still have not opened,I went to this store , one person working so took awhile, the the toaster was broke!!! and paid over $12 for a foot long ham Turkey small meal! she put about a pound of Mayo on it! I will just make my own sandwiches at this price and quality!!!
The food was good. Made to order. Major problem is it took nearly 30 mins from the time i walked in to get my 1 sub with only 1 person in front of me who only got 3 subs. There were 3 employees (young) working. No way it should of taken 30 mins to get my order taken care of.
