Agree with the others, just got a venti java chip and it is ALL ICE....no flavor...just enough to color it I guess. Clearly management is instructing staff to screw the customer and give them ice rather than product. Will not be going back, hope they are out of business soon.
I love Starbucks at most locations, but not this one. When we ordered our cold drinks they were so full of ice we couldn’t even get straws in the cup. I feel we paid $12 for 2 cups of ice.
Absolutely terrible service. All my family wanted was dark roast coffee. We were told all we could get was the blonde roast not even their signature Pike because it was almost gone. When I asked what was stopping them from brewing more the clerk looked confused and mumbled something incoherent. I finally negotiated a pour over with someone who was willing to listen. The bathrooms were filthy, as was the lobby and the music was blaring so loudly we had to leave. It seemed as if we were interrupting a private party for the workers instead of being provided a chill place to hang out and converse with friends. Never returning to this location.

Service was a little slow and my coffee wasn’t the best. Maybe the baristas we’re having an off day…the workers were friendly though.
Seriously never will NEVER be choosing this location again. I was the ONLY one in line and the barista cut me off multiple times when trying to order. I tried to verify my drink and she kept repeating “anything else” instead of letting me know she got my order correct. I understand we tend to be short handed with people needing help but this was absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t even pay for my drink, I ended up leaving.
They are always out of ingredients. The line takes forever because everyone has to rethink what they want to order. They’re always out of basic things like frap blend coffee, coffee sleeves, whipped cream, etc. It is ridiculous.
This locations drinks used to be so good but ever since they retrained everyone the drinks I pay almost $6 taste like nothing or just straight milk. The workers are also very dismissive when I talk or order. Very disappointed in this location now.
What is wrong with this Starbucks?? This place is either completely closed or partialy open. Not sure what that's all about but it definitely ruins people's plans to get coffee when they need it.
