I drive out of my way to go to a Starbucks only once a week. Today when I arrived, this location was temporarily closed. Probably do to staff shortages. And I completely understand that. But it would be really nice if each location had a Facebook page or something similar where they can post hours if they vary from the ones listed on Google or being closed temporarily. I would definitely check pages like that before I take extra time, drive out of my way, only to find that Starbucks isn't open and then go even further out of my way to a different location if I really want my coffee and maybe that location would also be open. You can't tell me to call because if you are open, you're typically too busy to answer the phone.
We pulled up at 10am into the drive through and they told us they were closing. We were stuck in the line (and up to 8 cars behind us too) because they would not tell anyone that they were closing (at 10am in the morning on a saturday). Completely incompetent.
Took them super long to get our drinks ready. Try white chocolate mocha
I was getting a gift card for friend, she asked me is this card ok and I said no. So she was going through the different cards she had. I was in my car and was telling her a Thank You card. Then this female came to the window and yelling at me “that’s rude ! That’s rude! And Over and over again. I asked her what’s she talking about? She said “I am the manager here and we get a lot of rude customers. I didn’t hear the whole conversation. She should of asked before opening her big mouth. I told them I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend any one coming here. I am still upset with the manager.
I work here and it's an amazing store with amazing people! It's always so welcoming and homey as well! Our Manager is amazing and is doing amazing job! 10000000/10 would recommend this place to work and get coffee at!!! ???

Ordered a snickerdoodle hot chocolate, got a normal hot chocolate. Which doesn't even taste like a hot chocolate, tastes like hot coffee stained water. Tasted so bad I couldn't drink it
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. My mother got coffee there multiple times paying cash. She was only told after receiving some of her change back. That actual change could not be given because of a shortage. This is theft! They are constantly out of drink and food items. They can never be relied upon to have what you want. You can never count on their lobby to be open. They always seem to have it closed at inconvenient times for different reasons. This is the worst Starbucks in Bismarck. Though I must say that every Starbucks I have been to in the last three years has not held up to standards.
Worst Starbucks service I’ve ever experienced!!!As all the employees flirted around behind the counter, I stood in line for 20 minutes! I had to go up to the counter and ask if my drink was done. When I did that, the people that ordered before me had to do the same thing. Then to top it off, the second drink I ordered, they didn’t even have anymore and they didn’t tell me until I asked where my drink was.......
Very fast drive thru. Polite and courteous.
