as for the complaints, coffee shops are generally smaller spaces....you don't go there to eat a five course meal. usually any discrepancy in order, the staff has always offered up the correct (or wrongly described or wrongly heard item) item at no charge or reimbursed the difference, in my experience anyways.......anywhere.
Asked for a Venti, they gave us a grande. No big deal, but when we asked about it they argued with us and spoke to us as if they were scolding a child. As someone who works in customer service it was definitely not the way to handle the situation.
Great staff and excellent service!!
Dirty mess... Tables, chairs everywhere. I was expecting better. Changed mind about getting a drink here.

Be careful, if you frequent this Starbucks and order the same thing every time, some employees will make snarky comments if you order something different.
Professional but not too personable
