Love their pizza but so unhappy with their service. Our order wasn't ready on time, they didn't give us our breadsticks, then no sauce, then when we got home there was no seasoning on our breadsticks, just bread. Website wouldn't add our "deals" to cart when we ordered and no delivery options in our area for Sunday. I've sent feedback with no real care shown. Too bad. They used to be our favorite pizza option.
If I could give these guys a -10 stars I would got violently sick off their pizza I do not recommend any Pizza Hut in this nation at all ????????
This pizza huts takes forever. Each time I’ve tried, they go over the estimate by a half hour or more. Might as well drive to Mandan it’s quicker. I tried again recently and they won’t even answer the phone. Sat for twenty minutes waiting for curbside after texting.

The crust was too yeasty. I want a true deep dish pizza, please bring them back. Overall the pizza was good, and at least this time the crust was done. It has been more than a year since I was willing to try it again because the crust was never baked enough, maybe I will try again.

We ordered and paid through app…was supposed to be brought to car…we had to go in to get after waiting for over 10 minutes!

The driver said he was going to run over our puppy to my little niece and devastated her. That is not acceptable and nothing was done to remedy this.
