I cannot stress enough, I’ve been to Perkins everywhere and have always had great service. We did have a 10 minute wait, due to morning rush, which wasn’t bad at all. The waitress was very nice and food didn’t take long.I do have to mention though, that when it came to me paying at the front, I had forgotten my debit card in my other purse in my car, and I had mentioned to the elderly lady that I had to go and get it, that I’d be back, and she proceeded to harass me saying I can’t go because it’s policy. I let her know that I wasn’t one to just drive off that I would be back to pay! I felt embarrassed being yelled about her in front of other people. I found it unnecessary to act like that, there could’ve been a different way to handle the situation. My husband wasn’t answering the phone because it was on silent and I had to let him know, so she just went to let him know herself. I didn’t mind it’s just the way she made it such a big deal wasn’t the way to handle it.
I think I've been here well over 100 times in my 34 years and I'd say 95% of those times were between 2am and 4am and if the cops were smart and just waited at this little establishment I'd have as many DUIs, but it's that good late night. I put down ham n cheese omelettes and chicken tender melts for days. I haven't been there since I quit drinking.. wonder if its still the same..
We were greeted right away by the manager. Service was amazing. Tonight was peaceful, no yelling. Come in at night ask for Liz, David you definitely won’t be disappointed when they are working.
My family and I decided to come in last minute here. We were greeted right away. Our waiter was amazing and the manager came up and to make sure we were doing fine and if we needed anything. Tonight was peaceful there was no yelling or anything. Everyone was working together as a team. Please keep up the good work. If you come in at night ask for Liz or David you definitely won’t be disappointed when they are there working. Thank you both for the greatest experience here. I will be coming back. Also I forgot to mention the food came out fast, hot and delicious.
I think your GM is setting you up for failure by having 1 waitress and 1 cook. We have been sitting here for over an hour now patiently waiting on food. I do have to say that our food came out and it is quite tasty! Props to the cook for coming out here to tell everyone it will be a minute. It is not fair to your staff to be understaffed. We come through here a lot for hockey and this is not the first time it has been understood.

Pot roast stroganoff ... taste was great, but missed usual presentation - no sour cream drizzle ... kitchen wasn't that busy to have neglected how food was supposed to be served! Disappointed this time around...
It took about 20 minutes for the waitress to come out of the kitchen to check in on us so that I could ask for the bill and a to go box. the restaurant had 2 other people in it. not that big of a deal and I wasn't going to hassle her but it displeased me. otherwise good service and food!
Manager doesn't show up on time to open the store. Waitress and cook waiting outside trying to call him. Customers trying the door and leaving
Awful service! Kitchen was backed up - but we stood at the front waiting for 15 minutes and I had to finally ask if we could be seated (lots of open tables) and the lady said the kitchen was backed up and it would be 45+ minutes for food.. but we were never greeted or anything. I had to go ask.
