Went in to eat, and the front desk people said wait time was 25 mins I was fine with it and told them to write my number and that I’ll wait in the car, they right away told me if I wanted pickup, felt like they didn’t even want us there, if I could give 0 stars I would, horrible personnel! got the food to takeout and it was uncooked I wish I had taken pictures, the salsa was unflavored not spicy at alI. I honestly felt the racism, and unprofessionalism.
Ate here on February 16th 2022 it was my sisters birthday so this was her choice to eat for her birthday ordered our food I had the seafood burrito ate about 1/4 of it and my belly started feeling “bubbly” well needless to say I got severely Sick. The following day my sister also started getting sick also. I called the store to let them know what was going on the manager didn’t seem to concerned never even said I’m sorry nor offered to reimburse my money that I spent! I didn’t spend 42.00 to get food poisoning!!!! She made the statement that and I quote “well no one else has called about getting sick” pretty much meaning she didn’t believe me. Not one ounce of empathy from her! Pretty disgusted!!! I will never go back there! Today I am finally feeling better. If I could give negative stars I would hopefully no one else gets sick from there because the manager won’t care if you do ?

Ordered through Food Dudes last night and Paradiso couldn't even be bothered to check the order to make sure it is correct before sending it out the door. The food itself looked like it was just tossed into the container, and the flavor was just plain horrible. Customer service was just as bad from the manager when I called them and then was hung up on twice after they tried shifting blame to Food Dudes.
Ordered the burrito dinner delivered. Burrito had no flavor. Sauce had no flavor. Spanish rice was bland. The flan was okay but nothing to write home about. Will not order from there again.
Free birthday meal with ID, drink specials in the bar, lots of room to host parties of 12 or so... great place for lunch, birthdays, or to catch all the NFL games.
We use to frequent this place. It has gone severely downhill! We stopped going as there was always some issue and they only offer you a free dessert. It has been over a year since we have been here. Decided to give another try. The only good thing about this place was our server Ashley. Our food was cold and unfortunately there is nothing they ever do to make it up to you. I am totally done with this place! It's not the staff it's the management and owners! I feel so bad for the servers here especially the good ones! They have become so greedy and don't care for the customers at all! Also might want to take care of all the fruit flies flying around the dinning room. Can't believe this place hasn't closed yet! I love all the comments " I'm so sorry we will look into it" yea right how about you refund me for what you wouldn't take care of in the first place. Wasn't even given the time of day by management!
the management doesn't care at all! this place has gone way way down hill! it's awful!!! overpriced, cold food, management and owners don't care! fruit flies flying around dinning room! This place use to be our favorite now we are just waiting for it to close! TERRIBLE!

If I could give below one star I would. Run far far away! Store bought chips and salsa and has to be the cheapest kind. Food has NO flavor sent mine back. My husband tried to choke his down. Taco shells straight out of the box also. He couldn’t even eat them. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
