Had a BIG issue with ordering it n the website as a guest. The website charged my bank for the order, and go in ng through Google history clicking on "order confirmation" nothing but the homepage would show up. But, after talking and dealing with Damien, we were able to get the order squared away...this dude needs a raise. He handled the situation with ease and absolutely no argument. I hope his GM reads this. Btw, the order was filled and taken care just before closing, as my wife and I sat outside the store we watched the employees make this last minute order and walked it outside to our vehicle....thanks Damien and team. Would definitely or do we from here again....but mostly will create an account and sign in on the website next time.
Staff were not able to offer a partial refund when they made an error on my pizza. I didn't have time to wait for a new pizza, which they didnt offer anyways. When I called back to see if they could offer a coupon or other resolution, the manager was rude saying I swore at him and he couldn't do anything for me because I didn't pay with a credit card or have a receipt.
Last 4 orders where garbage. 2 1/2 hour wait, then then next three times the food never actually came and I had to cancel the order after waiting 2 hours. Stop using DoorDash to deliver your food, and give a reasonable delivery estimate before I place the order. If it’s going to be an hour more than what was quoted then call me. Yikes folks, poor management for sure.
Ordered pizza an hour and 20 minutes ago. Called to check status and now they say they are closed at 430 in the afternoon. No idea if I'll even get my 35.00 worth of food.
Called and ordered ..said 70 min at 7:15 called us at 8:50 said they were outta soda we ordered asked what other we would like … then they would be on there way and it would take 15 min to deliver 9:15 still no pizza WOW wife and kids are not happy
Great Pizza perfect crust. Fresh ingredients and dough. Perfect amount of cheese. Was excellent tonight! ?
Worst customer service ever! Took 2 hours to get my delivery and my food was cold! When I called I got an attitude from the person working and said there was no manager. Was told all the employees walked out. Called back the next day only to be out on hold for 15 minutes and get more attitude.
ordered car side pickup. we went inside to let them know we were there because their truck was parked out front and they told us 10 mins and ended up waiting for a least 40 mins.
Great customer service order was on time food was food was hot everything was done perfectly I was done perfectly I was greeted and thanks for my order great job papa john
