Due to the quality of food that is available the last 3 times I went in the evening has been Old: Beans, Rice, chicken. Basically your main ingredients are not being stirred or swapped out for fresh food.Tired of driving to be disappointed by my expectations
We live nearby and this is a place we eat at a lot. The food is pretty good, but the amount you get entirely depends on who’s working. Sometimes the tortillas are super undercooked. I have switched to bowls because of it. The service is honestly pretty terrible. Because I am a regular customer, I know exactly what I want and I still feel rushed (& rung up before I can even ask for a drink!). I can’t imagine how a new customer would feel. One time a worker messed up my burrito and I told him and he just said “okay?”. He didn’t offer to make a new one… 3 stars because I do like the food.
Staff was rude and rushed us through ordering even though the place was empty, we ordered two drinks at the register and the female staff refused to add it to our order or give us drinks. Staff just seemed annoyed that we even showed up.
Ordered online & food was ready for me when I arrived. Delicious!
I've always loved this place!! And my family is obessed! But here is how today went.. the emloyee who started our order seemed annoyed we were there. Then to see they no longer serve marinated cubed chicken breast. They now serve shredded chicken in like a juice apparently with bone ??♀️Very flavorless, like theres no meat even in the burrito.And it really sucks when you bite into a bone, first bite at that! I went up to make the employees aware and all she said was okay and went on to sautéing veggies..Not a good experience and the last few times leading up to this really have been disappointing also.

The burritos were on point!! Loved the customer service there we will return, the only complaint I have is 1 of the guys was very rude to other employees his name is Julian. Sorry bud if you're having a bad day, leave it outside your work place ?
This is fast food Mexican bowls, wraps, and burritos. The tortillas are fresh. The food is standard. It tasted good if that's what you are looking for.
They’re fast, friendly and are very consistent. Undoubtedly the best burrito place in Bismarck/Mandan.
