Walked out within 2 minutes. The place was absolutely filthy, from the floors to the tables to the machines to the counter tops! I tried to get the worker's attention to perhaps talk to a manager, but she NEVER even made eye contact. Seriously?? She stood behind the counter and stared straight ahead and was completely oblivious to the disgusting mess around her. Thankfully, there are several options available in the area for ice cream/froyo, so we happily went elsewhere. I suggest others do the same until OL employees gain some work ethic!!
Ice cream was very bland and I requested a refund because I suspected their was a little spit. They refused and kicked me out of the store.
A worker with green/blue hair was very rude, customer service was poor. According to her this company doesn’t offer samples any longer due to Covid
I was told I can get my order remade and just to call them and they'll get it ready for me. But every single time I call I get no dial tone. Just the call hanging up on me. :(
The young ladies working were very nice, and remained calm when a guy came in and freaked out. But despite all that, orange leaf is the best frozen yogurt and they always have the best flavors.
Very rude, wouldn’t let me ask a question, won’t be back
$10 was quite a shock for a little bit of froyo. I won’t becoming back.
I always think these kind of places are way overpriced. Seriously, you could instead get a gallon of fro-yo and add your own 10 cents worth of crumbles. But I get it that it is fun to come with a date or family. There are certainly a lot of choices. My beef is with the buy one, get one of same or lesser value free coupon. Say you are getting 4 cups which cost $6, 6, 6 and 3. If you pay for them together they will automatically give you the $3 cup for free rather than using the coupon to your best advantage. I said, ok then I will do two separate purchases so I can use the coupon for one of the $6 cups. Major eye-rolling and attitude like I am just being a trouble-maker. Also, it didn't look like anyone was cleaning the tables. Not sure whether I will be back. May I suggest, Dairy Queen or Culver's or Cold Stone? I know, they are higher fat content.
Decent (and tasty) selection of yogurt.
Sweet staff person, filthy run down store.
