Ordered carry out at 515pm on Saturday night (every steak house is crazy busy, and Longhorn is no different). Someone named Mariah took my order (she was very polite and informative) and she said 10-15 min. Not only did they get me my food in under 15 min with a line waiting to sit and eat out the door, everything I ordered was perfect! I couldn't have made a better meal in my own kitchen! This staff runs like a well oiled machine, and the kitchen staff made me the best meal I've had in my 5 months in Bis/Man. Well done
Updating my review as it's been over a year since I last was at longhorn in Bismarck. My experience was okay. Service was slow, yet there were plenty of staff standing around. We got the same thing we got last time we were here which was the seven peppered steak. The greens were really bitter, and the meat was not cooked to what I said to cook it at. It also took forever to come out. Probably will not be going back for another year, was not impressed.
The food was good and the service was good as well. I have bit of a petty complaint though, fix your tables!!When I paying that much for a nice meal, I don’t think our entire table’s drinks should spill every time someone barely brushed up against the table. It made us uncomfortable eating and our entire table of six complained about it.The food was mostly good. A couple of us didn’t care for the mushrooms we ordered with our steak. Another couple of us who preserved the larger steaks said that part of them was delicious, but part of them was pretty dry.Overall a good meal and experience though.

I want it stated first that we were there on a Friday night which might be the reason it's not getting five stars. As you can see from the picture, the salad looked like it was slopped together in three seconds but it tasted fine. The steak was excellent and the baked yam was a divine sugar bomb.I was also shocked when the server took our credit card away to run it through. We're from Canada and we never let our credit/debit cards out of sight and this was unnerving. It's happened now a few times in the States so I'm guessing this is how it's done down here.
Comfortable atmosphere! Waitress very friendly and patient. Service was fantastic. Food layout on plates very eye appealing as well as being hot as food should be, tasty and filling. Price? Well can't beat the price for the food, service and atmosphere. Dinning in was very impressive
Called ahead asked if a table of 8 could sit. 10 minutes later we show up and then was told it was a 40 minute wait.I have only rated it one star because of that. We unfortunately needed to go someplace else to eat. So I have no opinion on the food itself. It did smell good though. So it might be worth a shot.
Salad with meal is ALWAYS so fresh/crisp & love dressings! Steak is delicious ... however, do ask to go light on the seasoning...
Nice place easy to find, I was seated quickly.A guest had not liked a soup that Was Ordered, the waitress exchanged it for somthing else promptly.The food was good .My steak was very tender , and nicely seasoned shrimp.The stuffed potato was huge. A little much for me but some may like it that way.
Entered the dining facility approximately 12: 15-12:20 PM for lunch and was quite busy with most of the seating already in use. We had the sirloin and sweet potato with coffee and it was properly prepared and good food. As previously mentioned,, the Longhorn Steakhouse was very busy but the waiters and waitresses were still very accommodating and courteous.
