Customer service sucked; we were the only ones in there waiting to order. We waited to order for about 8 minutes, then we were told we have to go through drive thru. I mean there was one person eating and another waiting for his order to go . So supposed to be open for dine in and we were shewed out. Had plenty of help to take our order inside. I will say had no giddy up in helping anyone either. Probably won't go back and my friends and family will know the quality of service they give. I work in a kitchen and we would not even think of this quality of service.
I feel very disappointed the last time I wanted to eat KFC, the chicken they gave me was cold, the taste was different, when I got home I threw up everything and I got sick, I had to go to the doctor. because I couldn't stop vomiting. and the doctor told me that maybe the oil they used to fry the chicken was old or the chicken was cooked very early, which was not fresh, or the chicken was not in perfect condition to eat. Honestly, KFC is no longer what it was a few years ago, they have neglected the service, the customer service. the quality of the food is not the same, it is cold, the flavor that distinguished KFC no longer exists. I will not go back there, be very careful when eating there.
Had to take my chicken back In because it was dry and old. They remafe it and were very kind. I recommend
Food was very good, band service was normal. Not to fast but not real slow either.
First the cashier shorted me a dollar and had to wait for the manager to open the register. Ok, mistakes happen. When we got our meal they had forgotten the biscuits and we had to go ask for them. The wait wasn't long at all for us but people had called in orders and were still waiting when we had finished our dine in eating. Not sure what was up with that.It was 7:30ish p.m. on a Thurs and while we were eating they decided to start putting chairs upside down on tables all around us. They were open till 10. Not sure of the timing but made us uncomfortable and felt like we should leave. Plus 2 staff where doing the dining room while people still needed their food to go orders. The dining room was not a mess that needed attention at that time nor busy thus our confusion. Our KFC chicken didn't seem fresh either. It was like an entirely different recipe. If they have changed it its not KFC anymore. Even the Cole slaw was off.Ultimately not impressed.
The whole experience from the food and service was amazing like advertised the chicken was finger lickin. Shouts out to the whole Colonels crew in Bismarck ND
The staff are not very friendly and the chicken was very little and dry for $15 complete waste of money....not going there again

I went through the drive through on my break at work and the cashier was very rude and slammed the window multiple times while helping me. They gave me my food and drink but not a straw. The cashier was taking food out to the car in front of me that was waiting so I waited for them to get back, when they got back to the window they rudely opened it and asked if I wanted a menu or something. I stated I didn’t get a straw and they sighed loudly and basically threw 3 straws at me. When I got to eating my food I realized they did not give me the cookie that was included in the meal and the famous chicken bowl I ordered had no corn and had mac and cheese instead of mashed potatoes. I couldn’t even eat it because I don’t like mac and cheese. I contacted corporate in hopes the cashier would take the time to learn from their mistakes and my experience. Corporate didn’t offer to refund me or follow up with my contact. I love the famous chicken bowl, but I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and how this employee treated me. Especially since I try to be polite and respectful because I know how hard the food service can be.
The chicken is always delicious. Past two times I've been through, part of my order hasn't been in the bag. Just something to check before you head out so you don't discover it when you get home (like me).
