Very sad! Our local Carino's closed a few years ago so we were excited to go to one again. Food was bland, could only taste tomato sauce. No offer for parmesan or Romano cheese grated on top. The only thing that was familiar was the bread with oil and garlic.
Thank you for the awesome dining experience. Our meals were excellent! The service we received from our server Harmony was phenomenal...she was so friendly, welcoming and helpful...a real gem! Thank you ever so much for great food and service!
I was shocked to learn that it cost more to pick up an order than to eat it in the restaurant. We were charged a 5% “ to go packaging “ charge. So if you are inside the restaurant, is there an additional charge for plates?This is absurd. I am tired of restaurants finding ways to nickel and dime customers.We won’t order takeout from this operation again.Jeff Miller
The atmosphere was good. The waitress was poor. She paid more attention to the tables in the middle of the bar area then the outside areas. The oil, garlic, and pepper sauce for the bread was ok. The pepper was to harsh on the throat.
Great service and large portion sizes. I had the artichoke pasta and enjoyed it.The food is a bit bland but worth a stop for Italian food in Bismarck.
We went there today and sat in the bar area. Our sever was Jen. She was amazing even though she was so busy. She never failed to keep my husband's coffee cup full! I can't say enough nice things about our experience today. Our food was good, tasty and hot too.
I found the food to be good, but fairly mediocre. The service and ambience were both excellent, however. I requested an alteration to my menu item and was accommodated. Reasonably priced.
The service was great ! The food on the other hand was all undercooked. Very disappointing. Specially on items that shouldn't be undercooked. The server did ask us if we wanted something else but due to us waiting after messing up are order once, we didnt want to keep waiting. A manger did not even check on tables or did the server take the item(s) off the bill when we didn't even eat it. As a gesture for future maybe offer a discount or take the item(s) off.
I usually love this place but my boyfriend and I ate here Saturday night and Sunday both of us were throwing up. We both had gotten food poisoning.. I heard a couple other people have gotten it recently as well after eating there. I’m pregnant so this was definitely not a good deal. I won’t be eating there for awhile after that. Hopefully they figure out what is getting everyone sick.
The food was amazing! The best part of our experience was having Harmony as our Server! Efficient, Positive, and possibly the best server my date and I had ever experienced! She has a complete wow factor! Thank you Harmony for making our first date even more special!
