Ordered lunch today at 11:51 AM. I’m 0.1 miles away on Century Avenue. It’s now 12:28 PM and " freaky fast,” isn’t really the slogan I’d give this particular location. My colleague ordered at the same time I did and she’s almost done eating it, while I still wait. I’m far from impressed. While I understand staff shortages, a call or a text to update me would’ve been nice.
Ordered 2 subs, got 2 sandwiches.Delivery scheduled for noon. Arrived 12:40 but required 2 phone calls.When I called at 12:10, I was told it was on its way. When I called the 2nd time, was told delivery driver had just returned and would be coming shortly.I tipped generously - $10 but did not get my money's worth ?
They forget something EVERY time I order. It seems to be getting worse with each time I make an order. It took over an hour and a half to get an order I placed online with no attempt by them to make things right. This time… I am positive their delivery driver was smoking a cigarette, with me and my children’s food in the car, on the way to deliver our order. He reeked of smoke when he came to our door. Not okay. None of the condiments were brought that were requested. They didn’t even bother to put our food into a bag, no napkins. He just handed them to me one by one out of a box, having me pile them in my arms. I am just disgusted. I will stick with other sandwich shops from now on.

I ordered a number 12 Beach which is Turkey provolone avocado. First sandwich I received had no avocado so I called them and said no avocado second one I received you could barely find the avocado sauce so if you like avocado don't bother ordering that sandwich because it's barely found very disappointing
Ordered online. Did not get my cheese or extra meat. In fact, there was like 1 piece of meat on the sandwich....I literally opened it up to see if there was anything on it or just a piece of bread. They are just selling bread now.
Worst management I’ve seen in my life. Childish, unprofessional, and liars. Wouldn’t recommend working there to anyone that wants a fair and respectful work environment. Managers constantly mock and talk bad about employees and customers. Treat people unequally. And are just bad people in general.
The manager has no problem solving or people skills. Dude told me I can't add turkey to a #1 slim. I told him I wanted something a kid could eat. He stated the only way I could get a ham n turkey was to get a #11. I tried to explain to him that made absolutely no sense but he just got defensive and argumentive. For the sake of not causing a scene I got the #11. Now my kids eating a mess of sandwich that's falling apart on him. This isn't the first time I've seen this manager have issues with customers. The guy pretty much aggravates the hell out of every situation. Can't solve the issue, instead wants to argue. 100% done with this location. Get a new manager.
They were out of bread. So I tried the unwrap and liked it very much.
We recieved two subs when we ordered an Unwhich and a sliced wheat bread sandwich and the store manager blamed it on the delivery person he was supposed to Inform us that they were out of lettuce and wheat bread...really you could not call me back or email me back since I downloaded and used the app!!!I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS absolutely cannot understand this experience...
