Came in with basically no one in line. Ordered 2 burgers, the first burger felt cold like if they made it 20 minutes ago. Second burger was perfect. Asked them if they could heat it up some more and was told that they just came out how could they be cold with a small grin. If I could take back the tips that I put in the tip jar I would.
Love 5 guys but had worst experience ever today. Restaurant is a mess. Employees disheveled and worst of all the sloppiest burger I've ever gotten anywhere. I saw one poor guy have his burger fall apart all over him as he opened it. Mine was a crumpled up mess with mustard ll over the outside. I know everyone is struggling for good help but I would rather wait in line for a quality product than have you hire people who shouldn't be cooking food. No more 5 guys for me.
There food is very greasy. I do like there fries they give you a generous amount and the cup is always overflowing.
My only complaint is that, there are 10+ employees here tonight and the dining room is a mess. Since this post, I’ve been back cause the food is great. The dining room, once again, is a mess. When you have an over abundance of staff, someone needs to be assigned to making sure the dining room is getting cleaned, especially when it’s not busy.. The tables, the floor, the soda machines are disastrous.
Burger was extremely juicy, toppings were fresh, and the fries are great ?
