Ordered meal, got cold fries, forgot toast, no salt, husband received the worst fish sandwich ever seemed like it was under a warmer for hours.
I would give it zero stars but not possible sadly. I ordered a Reese’s peanut butter cup blizzard and the person somehow got Reese’s pieces cookie dough from that? Interesting. Then I also ordered a banana split as well and got rotten bananas in it. Very disappointed and will not be returning to that location for a very long time.
As I was being handed my blizzard upside down, the girl at the drive thru turned it right side up so fast the that whipped cream flew off and landed inside my vehicle and down my window track. She went back and put more on and gave me one little square napkin and no apology. Some extra napkins to clean up the mess would have been nice.
The line was long but it was worth it to me...especially being so hot. I had a small blizzard-turtle and added Oreo cookies ?
Went there just tonight and I know they are busy but they got my order wrong and the fries were luke warm not my best experience at a Dairy Queen. So if you don't mind eating whatever they give you go here otherwise not recommended.
Not sure what’s up but lately every time we order the ice cream is already 30% melted by the time we have it in hand.
It was pretty dirty in there. It was difficult to find a place to sit because no tables had been cleaned.
Terrible customer service. Go to a different location!
My husband went in to order over 20 minutes ago and still waiting as the drive through cars are pouring out one after another. The worst service ever but have a trailer so can not use drive thru. Finally came out after 30 min. They served the sundaes right away and limited which topping we could put on the sundaes. No sense of urgency. No salt on fries, Burger had one half with mustard and other side with ketchup.They did not initially want to give a cover for the take out Sundaes. We are from out of town. Won't be back. If we do a review, we usually only give positive comments but this experience today stood out as needing to comment.
Their ice cream cones are super inconsistent. Sometimes they're huge and other times theres hardly any ice cream on the cone.
