Always had a great experience with this dairy queen location until out last order. I was not sure if it was new employees or lack of experience, but out order was half full and had a very bad taste. We called the manager of the dairy queen and told him what happened and he told us he will try better next time and couldn't refund or offer new ones because he didn't know if we already ate them. Told us to drive to town for new ones!!!! Very disrespectful!!!
Went there this evening and sat in the dining room area to eat our ice cream. The place was so dirty! Floors were full of trash; napkins, lids, and straw wrappers all over the floor by the soda fountain. Tables were covered in crumbs/ food, and grease stains on the back of the booths. At one point, a young girl that was working walked out to the dining area, walked right past the garbage on the floor. DID NOT even pick it up!! A group of 4 guys had just got up and left one of the tables...She walked over and scooted the chairs in, even had a towel in her hand, and DID NOT wipe the table off! The cooler doors were filthy also.Management/ Owners / Staff need to do a better job at keeping the place clean!!

Absolutely horrible customer service/management and product! Ordered a cookie dough cake for my sons birthday based on the picture that was on their website thinking there would be a bunch of cookie dough mixed in the ice cream just like the picture and we found maybe if we were lucky 6 pieces. Called to express my disappointment in the product, especially for the price I paid for it and managements excuse was we are only allowed to put in 3 spoons which is about 5-6 pieces. That is not a blizzard ice cream cake that is a regular ice cream cake with a few pieces. If u you advertising something on your website showing a cake filled with cookie dough that is what you should be selling. If I wanted just an ice cream cake I would have order that.

Never been to a DQ before now we ordered 3 #3 w sprites.....the sprites were good...fries cold and burgers cold and full of water. I mean I get it they are probably frozen burgers but cook them till they are completely thawed and hot before sending out the door. We are just traveling through so wouldn't be back again anyways but for 1st time trying a DQ ....super disappointed.
Summer is the best cook. If she's working, you'll get the best meal.
