They used to customize there bagel sandwiches and now they don't. Completely silly Einstein bagels have always been customizable get it together Bismarck!

Fast and friendly staff every time!2/16/2021I stopped in again last night and my favorite barista Michael was working. He's my absolute favorite! Don't get me wrong the coffee is great but the service is even better. From the very first time that I stopped in to order coffee, he helped me decide exactly which Caribou blend I would enjoy the most. He is so pleasant and always has a smile on his face. I wanted to make sure that I gave him personal recognition because he is the reason that I prefer that location. Keep up the good work Michael! What a treat, wonderful coffee and wonderful customer service!!!!
