Thee best service super fast i was in and out of there in less then 5 minutes. The girl that waited on me named amy was amazing and very helpful
The breakfast sandwiches were pretty gross and we had to go back three times to ask for our coffee orders. Somehow they forgot to send it through every time.
In my opinion they have dropped in customer service, Food quality, menu items, and atmosphere since they changed brands.
I stopped to pick up a coffee for my wife.The reason I chose Caribou, they only had 6 cars in the drive through line.The Starbucks across the street had about 20 cars in line.In my opinion the coffee was Great and every bit as good as Starbucks!
They got rid of all the good sandwiches but the coffee is still better than Starbucks
The smoothie I got was watered down. I wanted a little whip on top. They said they couldn't put any. They are not there to get one up on the consumer, they are there to serve customers.

Rude customer service. I told her to have a nice day cause I’m always just like that smiling and polite and she just ignored me and shut the window. Looked super annoyed like she didn’t want to be there and looked annoyed with me. She was at the drive through window today at 9:30am. Idk that’s usually why i stick with Starbucks way better customer service…
Happy to get a salmon and lox sandwich, but disappointed I couldn't choose my own bagel flavor (comes with plain only). Also not the same as it used to be years ago.Also decided to try a pumpkin spice beverage. Too heavy on the clove, even for my spice loving sister in law.
