!!! DO NOT GO HERE !!!The one star reviews are higher for a reason!If I could leave 0 stars I would.Every time I’ve been here, the food is cold, service is slow, and my order is wrong. That is not an exaggeration.Go to the one in South Bismarck.
Lobby not open. Went thru drive thru. Ordered two whoppers. $14. Drove home 6 miles. Opened bag. Had plain hamburgers with a bun. Drove back. Could not get credit back on my CC. Guy at the window gave me cash and told me to get out of the way. Yorktown Dr Bismarck ND. I am done with them. Poorest customer service ever. My rating is 00000
I've left a few reviews on the burger kings around bismarck and mandan. Not much to say. Had another bad experience. Don't even try any of them. Definitely NEVER use the app. If something goes wrong there is nothing they can do about it. Like throwing your money away.
So far..only 2 vehicles ahead of me...25 minutes and still waiting. Person taking payment is more interested in reading a book then taking orders and payment. Best advice....go elsewhere.Update..1 vehicle ahead of me. 35 minutes. They did not have the correct order for the person ahead of me. Got my order and it was sitting for 25 minutes. Requested a refund. This place is a complete joke. The guy at the window (AJ) literally chewed a customer out because she said she was upset she had been waiting for over 50 minutes for her food. Horrible place and should be shutdown.
This place is sooo far down hill it's not even funny anymore! Never clean! Never busy, but it takes forever to get your cold food! Just watched one of the cooks eat with the gloves he was touching our food with! Seriously didn't have a clean table in the entire place to eat at! This is the third time this has happened here... I'm done!
Are you kidding me?!?!? I went thru the "Drive up" so was already down the Hwy before I opened the wrapper... and the burger was COLD... the coffee was even colder... if I was eating in... there would be a word in person... I realize the "Help Wanted" sign is out... but... until I see consistent 5 Stars... I'll go elsewhere. Really, bad form... very disappointed.
Tonight was hands down the best and fastest service I've ever gotten at Burger King. General manager Byron ( or Bryan?) was very courteous and professional, and my food came out hot and fresh!!Thanks y'all
My family went into burger King yesterday an Amanda helped them an they loved her upbeat wonderful personality. They havnt experienced such good customer service at any other burger King in bismarck! Thank you guys for being so kind to my family!??
Went in there yesterday and the staff was very nice. The food was hot and fresh. Didn't have to wait 45 mins in drive thru. The manager jaicee is very friendly.
I was just there and Amanda was super nice to deal with. She has a great attitude and she had my order quickly and it was perfect. The store was in immaculate shape. She seems to manage staff very well and staff seem to respect her. I will definitely go back in hopes that she's there.
