The buffalo wings in Bismark was dry and fries too .I buy at another location before and it was great but this one bad the fries was dry chicken dry ☹☹☹
The wings taste great. Huge Flat screens with a variety of sports to enjoy!The kitchen piled all 6 flavors of my wings together on one plate and failed to label the flavors of the wings. The waitress looked dumbfounded when I pointed it out. Our bartender remedied the situation when I spoke up without hesitation and returned them to the kitchen. 2 min later we had fresh trays and wings properly separated and labeled.
Solid place to eat and get food, (I’m partial to the chicken wrap?. Although whenever I get a delivery for here the system legit almost always doesn’t list the delivery I have on my end. Hopefully soon you guys get it fixed so drivers like me don’t end up wasting more gas waiting on stuff for 15-20 extra minutes??
Ordered specifically non Bacon ordered chicken instead of Beef burger for to go order, when open at home was Becon in it, destroyed my motivation and appetite of food. Waste of Money.
I didn't care for the food much. They got my order wrong and I didn't notice until halfway through eating because of the different sauces. Whatever they gave me wasn't good at all.
I made an order at 5:30pm for a pick up at 620pm online getting to the restaurant at 6:25 pm waited there until 7:15 pm and still didn't get the correct order. This is after asking for a manager 30 mins before giving up all hope to get any kind of good customer service from management; Multiple of the customers asking for management with no one coming to help the young very polite ladies trying to handle to go orders and sitting dine in customers. This is clearly poor management shows no compassion for any customers. I wish I could give a zero star!!!
Just not a good experience. Server was fair at best, table area was dirty, wings mediocre. Way too loud and fan blowing cold air on me throughout dinner.
But they have to stop serving the bar for Bloody Mary it’s horrible but customer service is excellent from take out to bar
Server served full glasses of beverages to us holding the upper rim....then cleared a nearby table grabbing those glasses by putting fingers within the top rim of the glasses....washing hands between? After? Just think about the way you hand CLEAN glassware to customers.
This is a busy place. Food was good.
