3/8/22 - We went there this evening and I am very happy with our experience! I was there 2x to get food and Brittany at the drive thru window was working very hard and made sure our order was accurate! The food was hot and fresh and everything was included. We will definitely visit again soon! Thank you Arby's staff, and a special thanks to Brittany!
Apparently employee issues have hit the Bismarck store on Rock Island Place. I had to wait 8 minutes at the drive-through speaker until they came on to take my order.
Staff was very polite. I didn't realize that the Beef and Cheddar has a red ranch sauce on it. Oops. My fault. Even though paid for sandwich at half price using one of their AMAZING COUPONS, the guy working the drive through, employee taking orders inside the restaurant, and even the cook took the time to say hello and kept an upbeat friendly conversation going while they remade my sandwich - fresh, hot AND FREE for me!!! Omg, my roast beef was bigger than my head!!!! Excellent service, even better roast beef sandwich (hold the red ranch sauce). ????
The food was really good and the service was alright. The gentleman that helped me didn’t say much so it kind of just made it a normal stop and go.

Good food and even with our large confusing order they only missed one item. We checked our order before leaving as we new it might cause some confusion. In less than a couple minutes they happily and apologetically got us our missing item. Great service and very friendly staff!
Had a bad experience in drive thru, very rude lady with lots of attitude.
Very popular lobby still closed but service has been great.
