Decide on the dining room for goodness sakes. You’re losing a lot of business by keeping the “temporarily closed” sign up for months at a time.
Ordered the family pack of tenders in the drive thru. After paying I had to pull forward to wait on the order. Not a problem because if they had 20+ tenders sitting around all the time they would be rubbery. They brought out the order and even with the drive back home the fries and tenders were screaming hot and very tasty. Will be back again.
I went to Zaxby's on Summit Square here in Winston Salem. I ordered food 30 minutes prior to arriving. Trinity and who ever else was there were very unprofessional! TJ and Linda were rude, they had on hoodies and leggings. They were cursing and threatening body language. These people need to be terminated. I will never go back to this Zaxby's again. They also informed me that they didn't care.
$13 for 10 wings that are absolutely TINY! HORRIBLE service to add on with the absolute rip off on food quality. It would take 20 of these to feed your average 19 year old.
I usually LOVE y’all all the time but this is Messed Up! I paid extra to get my chicken tossed in Insane sauce, tossed not drizzled here and there. For those 60 cents I could of just asked for a side of insane and paid only 25cents! I love the sauce and this was disappointing specially because I relied on you all to get my order right and to receive what I paid for and this Was Not The Case.

Unfortunately on multiple occasions I have experienced my order being messed up or completely wrong at this location. The King location is much better about ensuring orders are correct

Got there at 950 was told they were closed. Sat in line watched the car in front of me get 2 bags of food and a drink. After I pulled out the car behind me stayed at window. Not sure if they receive any food or not
