Service was really slow. 20 minute dine in and only one other couple inside. It's bad when you can't make 2 salads no faster than that.
Customer service could use some work! The staff is not that friendly. Be sure to check your food before pulling off; they tend to get your order incorrect ?. The food is always fresh though.
The customer service there today was terrible, they had me sitting there for a few until I said something. Then all I asked for was Zaxsauce and they're going to keep acting like they didn't hear me then catch an attitude when I speak up. Then to top it all off when I get to the window they're going to charge me for somebody else's meal when all I ordered was Zax sauce, and when I asked for a refund she gave me back the wrong change and wanted to look at me crazy as if I did wrong. And then she didn't even give me the the Zax sauce which is all I came to get. SMH
Food is always good but the service always has an attitude. Also why in the dining room still closed? Indoor bathrooms are open and you can’t get “food to go from the counter” you have to go through the drive through. WTH
Asked for a Buffalo Finger Plate with nuclear sauce, got five "fingers" the size of boneless wings, tongue torch with nuclear sauce in a cup on the side (which they charged me for) and EXTREMELY salty garlic bread(?) slices instead of toast. This isn't the first time I've dealt with something like this from this particular store, but it's definitely going to be the last
I’m not sure what happens or why it happens to me but literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I eat at this location there is hair in my food. I mean EVERY TIME. I keep coming back because I’m like okay it’s a mistake ima try again but now I’m convinced this place is just unsanitary. The food is great up until you get to the hair though,
Ordered a chicken finger plate with 5 chicken fingers and only got 3 and the employees are putting 1 sauce how am I supposed to eat all that food with 1 sauce
No dine in at this time. I went through the drive-thru. Sometimes you get good customer service and the others really seems as if they don't want to there. Although the food is delicious. My fav. Is the Cobb salad.
This place is sooo good. Their chicken is amazing, I've had it grilled, fried, chicken fingers and the wings, I haven't tried the boneless wings though cause I prefer regular wings instead. Either way, I haven't had anything there that I didn't like, and NOTHING can beat their famous Zax Sauce. If you haven't tried it, I highly suggest that you do cause you won't regret it. They even have fried mushrooms that are really good too and I have to get them everytime I go. Also, it's not expensive at all either, which makes this place even better.
They need a manager to help them stick to their hours! Workers just decide when the want to close. Few weeks ago they closed 45 minutes early and then tonight closed over an hour early.
