Where to even begin. We always wait a while before trying again because they always get our order wrong but I like to give multiple chances because every place has off days and to be honest we forget why we don't eat there until we try again. This time, we were missing a whole kids meal, no zax sauce in any of the meals, no extra sauce we paid for, and the wrong sandwich covered in sauce we didn't want and was actually on the receipt correctly. I would blame it on the pandemic and being short staffed if this wasn't the norm long before then.
I Went To This Zaxbys On 5/13 Around 3:20pm I Stop By This Location 3/4Times A Week For Lunch Or Dinner On The 13th It Was Lunch!I Ordered A Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad With Extra Chicken. After Returning Back To Work To Eat I Opened My Salad With 3Chip" Pieces Of Bacon!!I Called The Restaurant Immediately So They Could Fix My Order With Out Any Luck The Employee Who Answered The Phone Wasn't Professional At All Laughing And Not Taking My Call Serious With No Luck Speaking With The Manager On Duty I Called The Next Day And The Manager On Duty Was Very Helpful And Apologized About What Had Happened And Offered To Replace My Meal That Day I Wasn't Able To Go But To Think I Would Have To Drive Be And Get Food That Could Have Been Fixed The Day B4 I Didn't Want To Waste My GAS Or TIME!!VERY Disappointing And Aggravating When You Haven't Eaten All Day And Someone Is Playing With Your Food Money And Time!!!
Yesterday i went in for lunch with coworkers i ordered a Cobb salad. I was more than halfway done when I noticed something black I liked it up it was a small roach in it I grabbed my tray and walked out. No point on saying anything to the staff because no one ever wants to assume responsibility. Well Zaxby’s never again will I eat at this location. Health inspector if y’all happen to read this Pay attention to your jobs it never fails every time I’m in peters creeks area. Won’t be eating at any Peters creek restaurant this isn’t the first restaurant I experience this. It has to be the area please do your jobs who ever is grading these restaurants in this area.
Good food, horrendous cashier. More worried about flirting with the cook than customers. Waited 5-10 minutes while they “chatted” seemed put out we came in to eat. Sent son for Zax sauce and salt, got the sauce and she just ignored him afterwards and went back to her social calendar. Sorry we inconvenienced you Latasha. 3/26 @ 13:26:53
Visited on Friday, M arch 18 (time on receipt was 9:31 p.m )...they were not busy, which was a pleasant surprise. I received my food promptly by a friendly young lady.The reason for 3 stars is the quality of the food. I was told they were out of grilled chicken (30 minutes before closing...understandable), so I agreed to fried chicken on my Cobb zalad. The chicken was overcooked or overheld, because it was super crunchy. The salad was okay, otherwise, but I didn't receive any dressing. Thankfully, I was coming home and had dressing here. Had I ordered to take back to work, or somewhere else, I could not have eaten it without dressing, especially with the crunchy chicken.
Don't visit this location. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken for a friend and ordered a second grilled chicken breast on the side for myself. They put both breast on the salad. Then refused to give me my chicken breast and told me to pick it off the other salad that someone else is going to eat. They said they know they messed up but the owner Sam will not let them do remakes unless we pay for them to remake it. SO IF THEY MESS UP YOUR ORDERED YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR Mistake!!
Their ranch and fries were spoiled and you could tell because they had a smell to them. Overall food was good. Bring back the teriyaki sauce!
Always getting my order wrong, not calling when out of one flavor just giving you another, chicken used to be so delicious now it hard can hardly chew it like it was old, has been like this for the last few times I ordered, I always order wings and things, they poured bbq sauce all in the container the compartment was full of it, it was on everything, look like almost a half of bottle in there, cold fries. Always out of something tonight it was tea and the last couple of time teriyaki sauce. 12/23/2021
Terrible service. Stood there for 10 minutes while an employee rang in her own food and then told me someone would be right with me. Then proceeded to go to the back and joke with 2 other employees. 3 more employees walked by and never even said 1 thing to me. After 10 minutes I decided to leave with nothing. In hindsight it is my fault for even giving them 10 minutes but with how hard it is to find employees I was giving a little more leeway than normal but 10 minutes for that was crazy. Never visiting this location again and I don't recommend you do either.
Very good food ♥️ and that's hard to find in Winston Salem! I will definitely be here again. That butter toast is really what had me. The food actually looks like the pictures on the menu and taste exactly as expected. I appreciate that! I love good food!!!! :)
