The only dang reason they getting one star is because I had to or I couldn't leave the review this place is a joke at this point I have to tied 4 different times to get food here and these sorry freaking people want take the order it's crazy u see a sign it says open u think ok let's eat here not at this dam place if the sign says open it only means they will let u walk in the door. Other wise it's up to who ever working if u actually get food but if it's dark get ready for a we don't serve walk ins after 9/10/11/just depends on who is there . It's truly crazy if u don't take walk-ins then don't advertise that your open . Some don't you think but nope not there
Got my food quick and easily, food was delicious will be going again soon, only complaint is I placed my order online and had it set and I still had to wait about 7 minutes but their service was great.
The garlic parmesan boneless wings, Cajun corn and rolls are all wonderful. This is my favorite chicken place by far, and I've tried tons.
I ordered a 20 piece plain wing with the sauce on the side and they only gave me one small container. I ask could get extra because the one small sauce wasn't going to cover 20 wings. The manager Dominique told the cashier to make sure he charged me. I told the cashier it would be more sauce coating the wings. The cashier told me that he wouldn't charge me if it was up to him. Had pre-ordered wings. The gentleman was nice but the lady standing giving out the food very rude. I was walking with a cane. Told her couldn't carry everything to car. Do you think she would offer to help he'll no. Last time I will come here. Customer service is part of why you have business.
I dropped by there today after I got off work. Everything was well got my order came home I had the parmesan wings. And my son and I had the large thigh. The meat was not done. There was blood running out of it both pieces. I threw up it was so disgusting. When I called to let them know, they didn't offer to give me my money back nor anything to try to fix the problem. Just a dry, insincere, "I'm sorry, and that was it. I won't be eating there anymore.
Everytime I have ordered from this location something is always forgotten from my order. I ordered the 50 count crew pack and had it delivered. Sure enough when I open the bag I’m missing my mild wings and veggie sticks. The only thing my kids wanted out of the order. So I call right back to get it figured out and after 45 mins waiting no answer. I guess this will be the last time ordering from them.
I enjoyed there honey BBQ sauce its tasty and the ranch as well the wings are just ok everything else though was good
The manager with the short wig is rude. She will curse you out for getting your order wrong. On two occasions she was disrespectful. If the owners knew better they would get rid of her.I’ve had stuff shoved at me. I’ve watched someone’s braids be dipped in my fries. The workers don’t care and it’s sad. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!! And someone gave me a ripped plate!
