I used Whitaker Square to cater an event for 20 people and could not have been more pleased. Their food was delicious, portions were huge, they were on time, everything was accurate, loved that they offer gluten free options, and I could go on and on. I will definitely add them to my list of go-to restaurants both personally and for professional catering needs!
If I could give this business a negative star rating I would. It took 1.5 hours to get a pizza delivered in Winston-Salem, after I was told it would be there in 1 hour. I mean, how would they handle themselves in a large city?The girl who answered the phone (finally) was incredibly rude, and made it known to me that she was from New Jersey (as if I care where she’s from) that’s after someone actually answered the phone. I had to call 5 times to actually speak to a person and check on the delivery status after being on hold for 10 minutes. When you select the option to speak to a person, their “phone tree” just defaults you to a recording that says “this hasn’t been set up for voicemail.”Poor excuse for a place of business, with awful efficiency and worse customer service. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place, for sure.Do yourself a favor- avoid this business and cook at home, or order somewhere else.
First time visit tonight. Supreme pizza n garlic knots. Soooo tasty and delicious. Love the sauce n crust. Will b my new pizza place here on out. A very happy customer.
OMG! Used to be my go-to place, quality has dropped! Wings are lowest on my list, scrawny no meat, weak subs. Pizza and calzones are good, but not worth sacrificing other quality issues
I used to love this place but the quality of the food has gone down. Last straw for me was when my delivery arrived 29 minutes later than I was told it would and everything was cold.
Steak supreme hot sub with Mozzarella is the best! Reminds of back home NJ.
First time ordering here tonight and ordered a Stromboli with mushrooms black olives and artichokes when eating it I noticed a fish smell coming from it. So after opening it I noticed a fish like substance with some sort of hair in the Stromboli. After calling the restaurant to talk to them bout it they were super rude stating they knew what they made like I was lying. Will never eat here again. Definitely amazing!!!! the pizza was perfect and I also enjoyed the wings... the BBQ has to be a little thicker but I didn't mind it at the end because they were gone lol closest best pizza to NY style there winning in my book 100%
Horrible experience with whom I assume is the manager. We had a coupon for a free pizza and she said “we can’t accommodate that on Fridays or Saturdays. It doesn’t say that, but we are just too busy”Not a good way to do business. No apology for the miscommunication even, which would have made the whole thing much more palatable. That interaction was very unprofessional, no matter how good their food is.
