Friends and I were having a good time - some of them forgot their IDs in the car, and asked the bouncer if they could use a photo. The bouncer said no, which is understandable and not a big deal, so they headed to their car to grab them. As they were walking away to grab their IDs, him and another man (I assume was the manager) started making fun of their accents and insulting them. This is insanely disappointing, as this bar had been highly recommended to us since we arrived in NC. We are all from out of state, and some of the group are exchange students. I had really high hopes for this experience, but was sorely disappointed and insulted. We will not be returning and we will be sure to share this experience with anyone who shows an interest in this location.
Often too loud to have a conversation, but trendy with nice sitting areas inside and outside. Pool table, but typically in use. Sometimes vomiters in the bathroom while Wake Forest is in session on weekends. Good music choices typically.
I’ve been carded 4 times tonight and the one bartender was more concerned my hair was different after 7 years she could have read my license was issued in 2015 she was just rude to be rude. Should have been more concerned about the man pretending to be a bouncer at the front door and taking peoples license then admitting he didn’t work there.
Delicious cocktails. I had the French Clover and my husband had an Old Fashioned with Wild Turkey 101. Will be coming back!

So I went to pick up my food I had gotten 2 orders of wings and fries. I get there and tell the lady I don’t want the fries anymore she had to talk to the manger about it as if they can’t just void the order. As they’re talking the manager girl and her friends kept staring at us making remarks as I stared back they all did their best to look away. I was with my girlfriend also so I get a drink my total comes to 37.20 meaning either my shot was 14 dollars which I know isn’t or she charged me even still for the friends so I’ve tried calling because I definitely need my refund on those fries and that tip I tried to leave her. I’ve called multiple times and yet gotten a response so I hope the owner sees this. Very unacceptable energy
Probably the same bartender referenced below.He was managing the seating. We got there and this group have gave us a sofa/space that they were not using that they have reserved. He made us get up and was really rude about it. Extremely unprofessional and rude. We explained him that the person that actually reserved that seating/space have gave it to us but he careless and made us get up. We ended up going to the side of the bar and order drinks (unfortunately) but the other bartenders at the bar were 100%.
Extremely rude bartender that our group of 6 had on our first time experience. Luckily not a dime was spent on this place, but a few hundred between us all was spent instead at the bar down the street. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time.
