Great staff, cold beer, food was really good ?? But, leaky roof, slippery floors (management knew, but apparently did not feel it was a problem 'made it incredibly difficult to maneuver my wheelchair' ), and terribly hot and smelly bathrooms put me at 3 star. We love Twin Peaks... Hopefully this location can turn things around?
When we walked in they were not busy at all. Seated right away, and we ordered our drinks/food. Got our drinks, but waited an hour and a half for our food. It never came. Spoke with manager, food was sitting in window for over 40 minutes. We didn’t want our food. We ended up getting our drinks for free and left. Every worker but bartenders were on their phones. Horrible service. Manager didn’t offer to do anything. Very upsetting.
The location was super close to our hotel. On a Friday night after driving all day from Ohio it was nice to be able to be seated immediately and in a comfortable booth. Our server Tiara was amazing, super nice and on top of everything, we never had to ask for water and she was great getting our drinks. The food was great, we had the mini tacos as an appetizer, which wasn’t my favorite but I have the pulled pork sandwich with mac & cheese and it was delicious, I had to save some for my husband to try and Tiara suggested the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cheesecake that was so good. However the service is really why I give it a 5 out of 5. My husband and I met working in a restaurant 27 years ago so it was impressive that 5 other people checked up on us, cleared our table and even brought us a free chips and queso card for our next visit.
We had wings and a side of macaroni and cheese. While they tasted good, my 6 un-breaded wings were tiny! The waitress was nice, but it took over 30 mins to get our wings, and it was not crowded. We had been here few times in the past and loved it, but this visit was pricey and disappointing.
Let me just say ! This is one of the best places . I have been to in along time ive never been here before prier to that vist! It's better then hooters. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and Sat quickly . The women who took my oder was super friendly Sat down and waited patiently while I ordered my meal and drinks ..she was prompt and the food came out quickly. It was ablusletly delicious. The Philly cheese steak was cooked to profection they followed my instructions to the tee. The fries were crispy and flavorful. I will definitely be coming back to this place the next time I'm in that area. The food wasn't expensive either!I was on my way to get some.help at the hospital for my mental health they didnt know that they helped me.but they did. These women were super kind to me and made.me feel better ! Twinkpeaks is doing something right keep it up.
This was my first time ever going to Twin Peaks. It was well worth the effort as Lexi J. Was my waitress, she had a beautiful smile and personality plus. Very attentive to my needs. Very friendly to talk to. I will definitely go back again as their menu has several items to choose from. The desert was my fav from this visit, bourbon pecan pie with ice cream and caramel. Thanks Lexi J for a memorable dining experience. See ya again soon.

I absolutely loved my server, she is unlike any one I’ve ever had at twin peaks! She suggested an ipa and there signature beers I tried both. I loved them! Great food suggestions as well the moms pot roast! And for dessert she told me the pecan pie was to die for and believe me it was! She was so polite, she worked her tail off! Ms. Lexi J was just hands down amazing, would definitely come back and see her again!
I absolutely love this place! I have been eating here fairly regularly for the past 2 years. I have never had a bad dish or bad service. The menu is excellent. I love the decor and atmosphere. Becki Mae waited on me tonight and she is so kind and professional. All the staff or wonderful, friendly and professional. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is my favorite restaurant in Winston-Salem!
Great Food great atmosphere and the Best waitress ever.Bronwyne has a great attitude very efficient friendly and fast .Very knowledgeable of all menu items always Smiling polite and friendly. Always checking if we needed anything. Wish all waitresses had her work ethic shes awesome
