Ordered online went in to pick up and was blatantly ignored while I stood at the counter for at least 5 mins. Had multiple employees walk past and no hello or anything. Finally the one woman who was running the window had a second gave me my order. Terrible customer service. Good food and smoothies but Terrible horrible customer service ???
Took 20 minutes in the drive thru for a single smoothie. Then when I finally did get it, there was absolutely no care or apology for the extended wait. Very rude.

Ordered two smoothies through app. Paid and went inside. Received one smoothie. Waited 10 more minutes and realized that the other smoothie was never made or given to someone else. Told the lady at the register ( once we were acknowledged). Continued to wait and still did not get the other smoothie after 30 mins. Total time from ordering to receiving the second shake. One hour. Will never be back again. First and last visit there.
I love tropical smoothie. But during busy hours the past two times I have come here, they forgot my order and I had to ask about it for them to make it. I understand they're busy, but it seems like you have to stay on top of them to get your order. I've been waiting an hour for three smoothies....
Don't come here if you don't want to be trapped in the drive thru for over 35 minutes just to be told they can't make make anything. 1st time it happened shame on you. 2nd time it happened shame on me. 3rd time this has happened and I will now never be back! I will also be telling everyone I know that it's not worth it!
Visiting from Delaware .. should've stayed with the tropical in Delaware. Waited almost a hour and didn't even leave with a drink. We had to get a refund because we were going to be late to our plans. A waste of time. Yall should probably remove or close the drive thru until yall can handle the traffic coming in the store
Hands down the SLOWEST food stop in Forsyth County. Ten minute wait *minimum* on a single smoothie order. How/Why does a smoothie place only have 2 blenders running? Can’t recommend if you have a timed lunch break. Smoothies are tasty though.
I sat in the drive through line for almost an hour… there were 4 cars in front of me. There is no way it takes an hour to make a chick pesto sandwich u less they are killing the chicken for me
Well let's start by it was only one car in front of me and I waited in line for 25 minutes to get a smoothie. I believe the young lady was making one order at a time even though it was other staff members in the store. I also like to point out when I got to the window the young lady walked away from the window to have a conversation with someone else and go through a box. Note this is not the first time I have had this problem at this establishment with taking too long to make a order. I understand that everyone is under staff, but let's be courteous we are taking the time to spend money to keep your company afloat.
