Have been coming here for the past 3 months. People and owner are so friendly and welcoming. The pizza is great every time we ordder it. The Super Bowl special was an 18inch pizza and wings with a liter of Pepsi. The wings were excellent. Consistent good food and friendly atmosphereLinda G
Ordered through DoorDash and probably won’t be back. Pizza was okay, but I’m not a fan of New York style thin crust. Ordered a piece of cheese cake - didn’t get it. Ordered a cannoli - did get it and it was terrible. (The shell was rock hard and the filling flavorless). Fountain drinks didn’t taste right. Just not good.
Great customer service and The Garlic Parmesan wings aren’t on the menu but they really should be!!! The food is great most definitely not time square!
I was hoping that the pizza and service would be as good as the previous owners, but serving a burnt pizza without shame and burnt garlic knots, tells me that the pride of serving great food, is gone. Won't go there again!
I placed an order at 8:45 PM on Saturday to feed my kids. The order was delivered by door dash, however it was a partial delivery. The owner reached out to me and said they would do everything possible to make this right.This action won this customer back since I believe in customer service making it from good to great.
Bought a few slices and garlic knots. Found out they had changed owners and was thrilled about it. I figure I should give them a chance because this place fell off a while back. Got the food home and the slices were super soggy and oily. I get the oily part but the soggy pizza wasn’t great. Pizza tasted as if it was frozen and then reheated and not fresh, pizza should be able to fold and not immediately flop. Not pleased at all. Their only saving grace was their garlic knots.
The food taste awesome!! Buttttt the prices are extremely high, as if I had ordered delivery from Door dash Also not sure what systems they are using for orders taken over the phone but previously before New management, I could call and they had all my address info. It takes about 2 to 5 minutes to get the address situated before placing order.
I bought a few slices with extra cheese and they never added it on the pizza but I was charged for it. When I got in my car I opened the box and noticed that they were regular slices. I went back inside and ask them if this was a prank and showed them the slices I asked the cashier where's the extra cheese on these slices she said the "cook" added extra cheese I saw him I said no ma'am you were on your cell the whole time I saw you you didn't look back not once. I know what a slice with extra cheese looks like so either you add the cheese or refund me my money. They added the extra cheese in anger I saw how red the cook got. I noticed how he was sweating prefusely which I found it disgusting. I said hey you need to wipe that sweat off no one wants sweat in their food. I'm not coming back here. They think they are slick charging people extra and not giving you what you purchased plus the fact that they guy that works in the back has a problem on keeping himself dry while cooking I find it disgusting.
Excellent pizza with very high quality ingredients. Only giving four stars instead of five because prices are really high (by about 25%).
The BEST steak and cheese sub. I'M from Boston. And thank God I found this place the pizza is amazing I order take out almost every day. Best food I feel like I'm back home when I eat .I'm giving you 10 stars ?. Thank You ?
