My wife, who has not had food poisoning for 20 years, became violently ill after our first visit to the Loop. She ordered the white fish salad. Within a few hours of eating, she became sick, and stayed sick until almost midnight. All in all, about 6 hours of vomiting, to the point where she could not stop shaking. Her illness was followed with a migraine headache that lasted for 48 hours. It took her about a week to fully recover, as she could barely eat much of anything until her stomach balanced back out. She did call the next day to let the manager on duty know what happened, but was not met with much sympathy. I wish these folks would fully understand how dangerous this situation could have become, and how their lack of care when it comes to hygienic practices left my wife in abject misery. When someone contacts you to let you know what terrible ordeal they just went through at the hands of your employees, that is definitely not the time to become defensive. Nobody followed up to see how she was doing. I sincerely hope they got to the bottom of what caused the severe food poisoning, and that this doesn’t happen to anybody else in the future.

Food was okay, slow service even though we were the only ones there. Got a pizza a burger and onion rings 2 waters and paid 50bux. Very overpriced for the quality of the food.

One of my favorite places to grab lunch when I'm in Winston-Salem. Great food and great service. Make sure you try their milkshakes!!

What a great place to eat. I ordered the asian chicken wrap with a side of tomato bisque and vanilla milkshake. After ordering my food I proceeded to a booth to wait for my buzzer to go off. Walter, himself (owner) brought out my food. He was friendly and helpful. The wrap and the milkshake was good but the star was the tomato bisque. It was creamy, smooth, and delicious. Finished it to the last drop.

Salmon sandwich was bland..... very bland. The sesame seed bun soggy. Maybe go with a brioche instead. For the price the sandwich did not impress. The blue cheese chips were good though

Great team works there. They are young and helpful and very sharp. The food is good and the restaurant is a little dated. Definitely worth checking out because of wonderful staff.

This has been my second time visiting this place. My friend and I just had lunch there and both the customer service and food was amazing. The tomato bisque was delicious and who we thought was the manager came up to our booth several times to check on us and he definitely made sure to put a smile on our faces! I will certainly be back again and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a bite to eat in the area!

Went into to order food at 8:30pm on a Saturday only to tell me and my family they stopped taking orders when they close at 9:30pm meanwhile everyone in the restaurant is still eating and enjoying themselves. Nonetheless we went over to Little Richards where they never disappoint. We were very upset to say the least don’t know if I will ever patronize this place again and to make matters worse they were very rude on top of it. I never leave reviews at all and I hate to leave this one but the way I was treated was nothing I have ever seen.

My son and I did carry out. The service was fast. He loved his burger and my salad was good.

The food was delicious. The server was the best that we have had in a really really long time.
