We got there said 25 minute wait wasn't even 15minutes we have never had to wait as long as they tell us when checking in. The food was absolutely a 10+ and our server Austin was a gem very friendly, attentive & definitely a 5 star waitress!!! We drive an hour every other week just to eat at this Roadhouse it has yet to fail us!!!

We go here a lot and tonight I’d have to say we had the best server we’ve ever had!! Hayden was extremely kind and polite, made sure he kept checking on us! Best service ever and as always great food!!
It was okay..... we expected better. Everyone has an off night. Food was thrown on the plate, not very appealing visually. We will be back.
Let me start by saying, I have never left a negative review for Texas Roadhouse. But this place is like a Logan’s Roadhouse. Bad service and even worse food. I told the waitress that this was probably the worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever been too and she responded “I know”. The steak was rough and the sides were cold. Salads came out before appetizers even though we ordered the Appetizer 10-15 minutes before. Food was shortly behind the appetizer, so you had to rush to eat the app before the shoe leather steak showed up. Here are what they call Medium rare steak bites.Pass on this one, it’s poorly ran and even worse at its execution.Update from 2 stars to 1. Manager came by and didn’t ask how anything was. Just walked off after dropping off the new order of steak bites. Worst Texas Roadhouse out there and we found it.
Delicious food. Clean restaurant. Quick service. Friendly server! ... and it's Sunday so they were super duper busy. Great job to this team.
I eat here frequently for take out. The grilled salmon and seasoned rice are very good. Great customer service. The ladies and gentlemen who work curb side work very hard!! It’s usually very crowded at this location. And I’ve always received great customer service. I’ve been eating here since it opened.... 2003? 2004? At any rate, I will always get my grilled salmon and seasoned rice from here!!! Great cheeseburgers too I might add. Just try it. Guaranteed you’ll be back like me!
Really enjoy this place. I have had Great times each time. A few times the food was a bit off. Dry Ribs, Maybe an Over Cooked Steak, but taken care of each time. The wait is a bit nuts, but really enjoy coming here when we are near and it's not peek time.
Texas Roadhouse usually doesn’t disappoint but unfortunately last night we didn’t have our usual experience. First of all, it took a long time for our drink order to be taken, so we almost choked on our rolls that were very overcooked. Finally, we placed our order for drinks and food, and three of us got side salads. Everyone around us was getting side salads, although we had waited over 30 minutes for ours. Finally, my husband asked and the waitress claimed there was an issue with the computer not putting our order in. After another 30 minutes we received the salads. However, the woman who brought them to our table was very unfriendly. After about 30 more minutes we received our food. I will say all of it was very good. No complaints there. We did have trouble getting more refills though. When the waitress brought our check we had been charged for three drinks, but only one person had a drink at our table. The rest of us had water. Maybe she was just having a bad night. After all, we’re all human, but for the money we spent and the three hours it took to eat there, it just felt more like going to work than enjoying a carefree meal out with family. I doubt we will be going back anytime soon, or at least not to the Winston Salem location.
