5/5 delicious birria! Been on the hunt for birria in Winston and found this place. I had heard about the food truck, but didn’t know they had a brick and mortar location. Very friendly staff and the food was great!
The owner is awesome and is very involved in his business! Only way to make it work now days.. Plus the food is great ????
There was more salt in the ceviche than actual fish or shrimp - $8. Thank God the portion was very small, because that was worst ceviche I've ever tasted.Also tiny rice and bean sides for additional $4. I had more satisfaction ordering from taco bell. Way overpriced. Sorry, this is not how you are going to succeed in running a restaurant.
Nothing authentic about this place. Expensive for both price and portion size.Pickled jalapeños, fish was grey, and guacamole looked like it came out of a jar.orderd to go: 4 tacos, 1 pork nacho, 1 ceviche to go. 45 dollars later and it's the same food you get at a Mexican chain restaurant and portions are 1/3 less.we want to support small business, andi know inflation sucks.but this just didn't set right with me. what others posted on their photos is NOTHINH like what we received. maybe better dining in than take-out

Nope, Nope. Staff was friendly but the food was really not good - very very very greasy - just not good food.
This was the best Mexican food I've had in a long time. The birria tacos and consume was wonderful. I also ordered a side of rice and beans. The beans were not the mashed flavorless refried beans you get at a lot of these Tex-Mex places. They werewhole beans and flavorful and the rice was also seasoned perfectly. Myboys had barbacoa tacos and a chicken burrito. They both loved their food and asked to come back tomorrow. Price for 3 meals , 2 sides and 3 drinks came to a little over $50 so not cheap but it was great food.
We order from here at least once a week and have never been disappointed. The birria tacos are delicious every time!
Thought we’d try the birria tacos. We love birria and have had some from different locations but this was by far the worst. First of all, there was barely and consumé with our order. This is the least any restaurant has ever given us I have never had such a small amount given to me. If it was cheaper it wouldn’t be that big of an issue but I paid $17.55 which is very overpriced for what I received. The flavor was not that bad although a little bland but for what we paid I definitely expected more. Not worth the hype.
Best authentic Mexican food in town. Hands down I go here at least once a week. Would recommend to anyone
