We have been ordering from here for years. Never had a bad experience and the food is always delicious. Service is always courteous, whether we pick up or they deliver. Thank you,Tanoshii!!?

The Tanoshii Experience ( Call-in/Pick-up Edition). I wanted Chinese on this day, but my regular spot is closed on Tuesday, so I thought I would try Tanoshii. I had eaten here a while back but left with an upset stomach but was willing to try them again. So I called in and spoke with a pleasant individual, ordered their Lunch Crispy Scallion Chicken, and asked for it to be crispy and spicy. The lunch combos come with fried rice or steamed rice, and I ordered fried rice, an egg roll, or one piece of crab cheese wonton, and I selected an egg roll. After placing my order, the worker gave me a ten-minute wait time. Once at the restaurant, my food was ready, and I was walking out of the door in no time. Once home and ready to eat, the food smelled pretty good, but the taste was subpar. Although I ordered the Crispy Scallion Chicken, it was not crispy or spicy. The food was not bad, but I wouldn't consider it unique and no better than what you would eat if you stopped by a Chinese spot in a mall food court. So would I return to Tanoshii? I don't think I will return to Tanoshii. The food was just ok but not the greatest. Tanoshii prepares Chinese and Japanese dishes; however, I'm not interested in trying anything else from here. Not too soon after eating my lunch, I was in the bathroom again like the first time I ate here. I'm not sure if it's the species, but ultimately, my stomach disagrees with eating at this restaurant.

I used to order from this place all the time, two days ago i ordered shrimp and it gave me severe food poisoning, have been miserably in pain for days

The food is always good and the staff are nice. Never had any problems with then.

I asked for general tso’s chicken but what I got was more like chicken drenched in watered down thinned out tomato paste. I told the lady who I think is the owner that I’ve had that chicken before and it was fresh and tasty with a delicious sweet and tangy sauce on it. The rice was so dry it felt like I was experiencing dry mouth. She wanted to argue about how she prepared it and how it’s always prepared. Then she asked me how was the drink. I got sweet tea and it tasted absolutely awful, like it had been made over a week ago. I asked for my money back since I spent $14.00. She refused to give me all of my money back only the cost of the entrée which was $10.00. The lady was rude and argumentative and I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

If you're expecting authentic soba (thick buckwheat noodles) look elsewhere. My shrimp soba looked like shrimp on a bed of vermicelli. The rest of our order was fair.

Excellent! Pick up dinner there once a week. Never disappointed. Chinese and Japanese. Lots of variety. Highly recommend.

Some of the best Japanese hibachi & Chinese food for takeout. We call our order in and it's always delicious when we get back home.

They are always great. Love the employees and the food. Always fresh and fast.

I called and asked if they had the Chow Fun wide noodles , like your competitor across the street from you, Hakka Chow? The owner said yes we do. The food is delivered, and when it arrived...I got this below. Nothing like Chow Fun wide noodles. So, the owner misrepresented her food, just for a $33 dollar sale. Of course, I cannot patronize them again. The food is rotting in my trash receptacle now until trash day...
